The boys working tonight were awesome! I was a little shocked to see all the 1 star reviews. I mean, Domino’s down the road doesn’t have as many negative reviews and their quality has gone so far down, and prices so ridiculously high, Id rather eat from a dumpster. Maybe the employees tonight were the best for the location? I mean, you’d think they would have been rude or my food screwed up since I ordered right before closing, but everything was great! I’ll definitely be back! Give them boys a promotion, and let them train whoever else, who’s the problem.

The fact that I can’t even get what I pay for is ridiculous. This is the third time I have ordered the crazy crust yet when I get my pizza its normal crust that sometimes have cheese. When I ask specifically for extra parm seasoning and they agree and then it comes with zero really makes me want to never order from here again. I pay $15 for a pizza that isn’t even correct and then when I try to call the store no one ever answers. I live 45 minutes away I can’t just drive back to town to get it fixed and half the time its delivered and even then its wrong

I only order online. That way I can get ahead of the line and get my pizza when I arrive.

I can order 30 minutes ahead and I’ll walk in and still be told my order is 20 minutes away. Absolutely unacceptable service and I probably won’t be coming back. I’ve been a regular for a couple years now and the last few visits have made sure I’ll never return. Good food. Absolutely terrible wait times.

If you’re looking for half paced, inconsistent outfit served with a side of disorganization, you’ve come to the correct location. This restaurant is the pinnacle of how not to run a business. The management is completely unprofessional, with a high turn over rate of staff that reflects just how toxic the work environment must be. Every time I visit, there’s a new set of overwhelmed, confused and evidently upset employees. Any training at all?
It’s evident management has failed to delegate responsibilities or run a team efficiently. I dont believe its entirely the employees’ fault, (despite waking an employee up who was asleep because “it was slow”) as poor leadership can also ruin a whole crew and set the tone for the work area.
The food might be passable for what its worth. But the experience of dealing with the incompetent “Bizarre” nature of this place has forced me to buy my pizza elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere with staff who are treated well and know what they’re doing.

Bad service took over 30 minutes past when the food was supposed to be ready before I received. My order. Excuse was tracker was off won’t be back. It’s a shame. I love Little Caesars, but this location will never do business with again.

It would be wonderful if I didn’t have to dedicate my time to hearing every staff member express their grievances about the broken policies and the individuals working alone who are dissatisfied with their jobs. I’m just trying to pick up food for my family, not tune in to an episode of Jerry Springer.

Ok, I usually don’t write a Karenesque type of review, but I wanted to make sure no one is confused when they order a pizza with the “pretzel crust.” Last time, I ordered the cheese pretzel crust. I got the pizza home, opened the box, low and behold, regular crust. I know, right? I will mention they did at least try and cover their tracks by sprinkling the edge with the large salt grains ubiquitously found on every pretzel, ever. So, did I call and complain? Did I go back to Little Caesars and voice my disappointment? No. Look, this is America, I tucked my anger way down deep, right next to my hate for Walmarts.
So, fast forward 2 weeks. I ordered the “pretzel crust” again, I know, but before leaving, I checked the pizza. There before me, regular crust and pretzel salt sprinklins’. Oh no, not this time. “Hey, um, I think there’s been a mistake. I ordered the pretzel crust, but it looks like I only got the salt.” Here is the response. “Yeah, so we just use regular crust and brush on a solution before we cook it.” I said, ” A solution? That’s not a pretzel crust that’s a pretzel flavored crust, kind of false advertising, don’t you think?” His response was one that would make a customer feel that their concerns were duely taken into consideration. The all-time classic palms up “I just work here” shoulder shrug. Ok, I get it. Yes, I walked out, and yes, we ate the pizza, but you can’t make the Lacroix version of something and not have someone question it. Thanks for coming on this journey. Next, we’ll look into the “Detroit crust” I assume it’s just the regular crust with a pinch of crime.

Terrible service and communication order 2 pizza and 2 crazy bread at 6:12 pm I arrived at 6:30 they were too busy eating all the damn pizzas they didn’t even make ours and told us to wait another 30 mins at 7:00pm we go inside to get the food and they said they forgot 1 of our other pizza and we would need to wait another 30 mins again? Will never come to this one again . Maybe if the crew wasn’t eating all the food they would be able to get our food to us in a timely manner not an hour for pizza?

Quality and fast service. Exactly what you expect when you hear Little Caesars. The food was very flavorful, but a bit oily. When it comes to the brand name, it was definitely a good location. Would recommend if you’re craving it!
