Fantastic food, but a little pricy. The bowls are huge and the sweet and spicy chicken was absolutely amazing. The bread bowls are very tasty and fresh. The service was quick and informative with great suggestions on good items for a first time customer. I will definitely be back.

Guys at the counter were great yesterday. Food was good and plentiful. It was quiet (we were the only ones in there until almost finished). I’m so happy this location exists cause it’s closer to Mentor than Lyndhurst and a bit better. Also like that they have the shrimp back, whether it’s for Lent or not, cause it gives people another option for a Friday meal

This was my first time experiencing Qdoba, and I have to say this was a wonderful experience. The employees were so kind and helpful. Guiding my sister and I through the best meal options from the menu, to get drinks, and a clean atmosphere.
The food was fresh and delicious.
We enjoyed the warmth from the employees and the entertaining music that was playing over the speakers.
The bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well.
10/10 we will be returning to this exact location.

Its new how is the service terrible already? One person working the line the young girl acted as if she didnt want to be there. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Got chicken quesadillas ( the chicken was burnt). The girl never once changed gloves despite wiping her face and constantly pulling at her pants and bra straps. No hello what can I get you just looked up and stared. Couldnt wait for this store to open but I wont be back. Also peoples food assuming to go/online orders just sitting out on the back counter getting cold. Used to always go to QDoba when they had one in Shaker dont recall ever having to leave a bad review.

First time here. Had a bowl in a tortilla. Their seasonal citrus lime shrimp as the protein. It tasted good. Wish they had an option for black olives though. Got. Sour cream, queso, fajita veggies and salsa on it (corn and pico). Dining room was clean.

Ordered a burrito today, it was the smallest burrito.I’ve honestly ever seen and ever ordered from chipotle, qdoba or any burrito spot moes ect. It was equivalent to a small taco I politely declined my order and left. Hopefully they learn to train their staff. The atmosphere is dull and quiet. Was not greeted by a single employee.Even the one who made my food. Absolutely terrible service ✌️

The food was okay. I wasn’t impressed by anything we ordered. I got a chicken burrito and my GF got a bowl. The portions were pretty good size but the flavor was definitely lacking.
The workers were not very inviting. The people at the counter barley acknowledged us. After I paid, we awkwardly stood there waiting for the receipt for like 10 seconds while their back was turned to us having a conversation with another worker.
Overall, the food is nothing special, and the workers are a bit rude. Maybe it was just a bad day, but if its anything indicative of the usual experience I’ll save myself the interaction.
