Well it was my first-time I thought I had to wait to be seated or something. Turns out you have to order first and then they give u a number and you walk to where the tables are at and wait for ur food. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I was the only person eating but the treated me so well and the food was like very fast. I got the chilaquiles rojo with fajita. And a menudo which was veey goodand plus with fresh warm Tortillas it doesn’t get better. Ans a horchata. Would definitely come again. Knowing how it works now. Good job.

Amazing tortillas, corn and flour! I love their burritos and asados. Today I tried the caldo and it was great! Las tortillas estan delciosas.

It’s great to find a great Mexican place close to our new home. I haven’t had a Chile rellano in ages. I like theirs. My husband had the grande chicken burrito and liked it. A half of it filled him.

Never heard of this business before. Stopped by for a take-out order. The menu is extensive, but it’s unclear where you place an order. The tortilla factory is in the front area, but there is a sit-down area in the rear. I ordered the breakfast burrito with fajita beef. The side “salad” is odd, and I’m not too sure why they give you a giant slice of onion. The meat was tasty, but somewhat dry. The red salsa was FIRE and delicious. I’m always in search of a local tortilla factory, so I’ll definitely be back to try something else.

The first time we came here, we fell in love with their food, but they’re very inconsistent with the quality.
I ordered picadillo tacos, they hardly put any food in them so I sent them back and asked them to actually put food. This is what they brought back, just a bunch of vegetables and no meat. It’s like they ran out of meat so they’re stretching it.

We had the gorditas, would recommend. The guisados are all good, I’d recommend the barbacoa. Good food at a good price

As a certified Tejana, I usually stick to TexMex places more than authentic Mexican places, but I do have a few favorites and this is one of them.

I can speak Spanish but I do freeze up when I go to order, so sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle but at the end of the day we understand one another lol

The tortillas are fire, I just wish they’d go a tiny bit Texan and have some butter so I can slather my hot & suavé corn tortilla in it.

I’ve tried the chicharron, barbacoa & pastor tacos here. I’ll only ever order the chicharron again because I found the other two dry and with a couple spices I’m not used to (seemed like clove to me).

My go-to order is a large menudo (it’s not TXMX bc there’s no hominy/posole but it’s absolutely fine without it) and it comes with a ton of tortillas (butter please!!) and all the fixings. $15 can’t beat it, definitely serves 2 hungry hippos like us.

Ok I’m full now, time to roll out of here. Sorry I didn’t get a pic of the food, we ate too fast.

Oh, the chips are the best also!!

A true hidden gem in Richardson. By far the Best Tacos de barbecoa de borrego and bistec con papas in DFW. Juiciest limones and heartiest menudo you can ask for. Closed my eyes and for a second felt like was back in Mexico at a Mercado having another magical Sabado in My home away from home! Their tamales were also delicious and worth the trip! Highly recommend coming here for some of most authentic Mexican food in DFW. 11/10 stars good!
