Delicious Sunday Roast here yesterday with my hubby and our son for his birthday.
Meat was delicious and veg served on a wooden sharing platter with each of us having a pot of gravy.
Made room for a dessert of a Brownie.
Very busy and a great atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend.

Bacaro never fails in delivering brilliant food service and great vibe. Superb in all it delivers whether a nice meal, Sunday roast or a big party. I recently had my 60th birthday bash at Bacaro and wow did they deliver. Matt and the team were great in delivering a fabulous evening for me. Excellent food – the Valentine’s day menu was brilliant and good value for money at £50.
Special mention to the bartender for a very good Applejack cocktail (very sweet and I recommend if you like that!), the Chorizo Arancini and the honey glazed vegetables.

Incredible Sunday roast in this little old building that has seen many occupants in its time, which is decorated to create a lovely vibe. There was a baby shower going on when we visited so it’s definitely a good place to bear in mind if you need a venue for a group celebration.
The triple meats roast was cooked to perfection, and was more than enough despite me wondering whether to order more yorkshires! Will definitely be back.

The service staff are easily the best thing about this place, all friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you are well catered for. The starters we ordered (arancini and focaccia) were incredible, some of the best we have ever had. The two pasta dishes that followed, however, did not live up to the starters and tasted like something you could easily whip up at home. Atmosphere was relaxed and a nice mix of clientele. Overall a fantastic experience.

We arrived and found that our table was in the centre of the bar area which was great fun. There was a fun vibe and we were close to the live music.
There were lots of staff on shift and we were served very fast. Throughout the evening the team were on hand and the food service was great.
There were lots of wine options and we were pleased with our selections.
We ordered lots from the taps menu, and it was delicious. The steak strips and the squid were my favourite.
The live music was really good, the pianist and the singer were great. Great to have live music while you eat.
Good selection of puddings.

We were able to get a table for two on a Friday night without a reservation, but I would recommend getting a reservation as the place was quite full. Food was good, but the portions were a bit meager while the prices were not. I particularly enjoyed the Beet Salad with Goat Cheese. Wait staff was friendly, particularly our Polish waiter.

Hands down the best roast in Southampton. The sharing board concept is brilliant and the quality of the meat is top-tier. Those Yorkshire puddings are massive! Great atmosphere, even better gravy. 10/10

9 of us celebrated a 25th birthday. Front start to finish everything was just right. Greeted by our host Tilly, seated and given time for the whole group to join. Tilly have the perfect amount of attention, was great at explaining the menu and asking questions. The food was fantastic and served in a timely professional manner. Manners of all team members were spot on. Polite when bringing more dishes and apologies for interrupting. I believe the service and food was the best I have had in a long time. This was our visit, it won’t be my last.
