Brittanie was absolutely amazing!! We had an issue but her care and concern and total attention to detail left us beaming from ear to ear. Our order after going through her was perfection down to the napkins and extra ketchup packets.

Service is a mess. I placed an online order and about 30-45 minutes after we placed and were on our way to pick up they called to let us know they had run out of wings? and that they would refund us the total and it would be in our account in 5-7 days. The week passed and we have yet to receive a refund so I called again and got to speak to the manager (Washley) who then went on to tell us that because we placed our order online he could not access it and therefore cannot give us a refund but at the moment could just fill our order that day since they now had the wings, which I guess worked out fine as we ended up not losing any money but was just such a hassle to go through and made us make 2 trips to the restaurant and essentially wait an entire week to get our order filled. This was an inconvenience as well as waste of time.

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order on February 1st and when we got to the restaurant it turned out they were closed possibly due to an electrical issue. I never received a refund or a call about that order. A week passed and I remembered about it and decided to call the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager (Washley) who went on to ask for my order number and told me he saw no order under that number and insisted that there was no way I was able to make an online order. I go on to again tell him my order number and even tell him I have proof of my credit card charge to which he tells me to then just call my bank and dispute the charge with them. Total disrespect and lack of customer service on his end. Will never be ordering from here again.

This is second time visiting, trying to give the chance to this place, but unfortunately we couldn’t stay, because they say we have to way from 20 to 40 min to seat, while there was tons of table empty also the parking lot as you see in the pictures was also not crowded, sad we haven’t been able to come to this place, I’m pretty sure that is the last time trying to get in this restaurant, we come instead to red lobster, we definitely leves the food, the price, and service, adorable
