Hard to find gem within an industrial complex. A tip to find this is its right across the rail tracks on Stage Rd. Small restaurant but very inviting to customers. A lot of customers come in to pick up their orders. They do not cook the food unless you order it. First time here my wife was looking for a Mediterranean restaurant that’s close to the gym we just stepped out from. Cashier Anthony is so friendly and even suggested for us on what to order. My wife got order #1 beef kebab plate and I got the chicken kebab plate. Although suddenly my wife saw “the works plate” that looks really appetizing so we plan on getting that next time we come back here. The food came out well prepared and was served by Anthony who was also manning the register. The pita bread is nice and thin. We even got extra garlic sauce. Hummus came with a delicious olive oil and that was the one I had to try first and it was awesome. Chicken kebab was hot and moist on the inside. The salad that came with the food was tasteful with the sauce they mixed it with. I asked for more salad and less rice however the rice also tasted good. My wife had me try a slice of the beef kebab and it was also juicy and not dry. Kudos to the cook who cooked this fancy meal. I’m sure the customers (a lot of them) who come in at 4:00 pm also had the same preparation. Will be coming back here again soon!

I was on my way home from golf and found this place. The food is excellent and the cashier was friendly. I ordered my plate to go the place is pretty small. I ordered the mixed combo. The chicken and beef were very moist and tasty, the kafta was also very tasty maybe a tad dry but it could’ve been because of my drive home. The hummus is very good the pita was thin and fresh. I will definitely be going back even though it is a little far from my house but I feel it’s worth it. Oh yeah I enjoyed the green sauce they give you.

All the food is delicious and made from scratch. You can taste the flavor all the way through the meat and they make the food fresh. I like the salmon skewers here because you don’t see those everywhere. Definitely stop by or call and place an order soon

Good mediterranean food can be hard to find, so, when visiting California, I’d definitely recommend stopping by this place. Located in an industrial strip mall this small but quaint restaurant is tucked away amongst other businesses, and with no signage above the doors it can easily be missed.

I ordered the salmon kebab with grilled vegetables instead of rice. Chucks of salmon squares served on skewers and separated by grilled vegetables was a visual masterpiece. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing as did the grilled vegetables. The dish was served along side hummus, a side salad and pita bread.

I did find the pita bread a little more crisper and flaker than I’m accustomed to and it did lack a bit of flavor. With that said, I throughly enjoyed my meal.

Kudos, to the entire staff. Specifically, Lucy, her enthusiasm, personality and professional demeanor was great. She truly understands the criticality of providing exceptional customer service.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat and stumbled across this restaurant tucked away in an industrial area. It was a great find. I ordered a gyro sandwich #17 that was fantastic. The potato side was ok. Good taste but a little too wet feeling for me. The other dish was #19 the works, very good and more food than could be eaten at one sitting. The food and service was great. We came a bit before lunch but I could it would be very busy during a lunch rush .

The Green Olive is a small chain Mediterranean restaurant that generally sets up in industrial areas to keep their costs down and to service the working people of those areas. If you like Mediterranean Food there are very few who can compete with The Green Olive. Their chicken kabobs are absolutely amazing. Additionally, I tried their salmon kabobs I was pleasantly surprised but the tenderness and seasonings on the salmon and vegetables. The only knock I can say is that their rice doesn’t have much taste however with the variety of sauces it will make the rice pop specially the green sauce. They have vegetarian options. You can not go wrong here. This isn’t much of a dine but if you pick it up deliver it home you will be pleasantly impressed. Rock on Green Olive!!!!

This is our favorite local Mediterranean place. It’s an easy go-to for quality Greek food at a great value. Even our 3 1/2 year old daughter loves it. We get two meals, all 3 of eat till we’re stuffed and we always have leftovers.

My personal favorite is the Salmon Kabob Plate. It come with two big skewers filled with huge chunks of tender grilled salmon between grilled red onions, squash, red bell peppers and zucchini. These sit on a large bed of flavorful yellow rice. It also comes with a generous side of hummus and small Greek salad, loaded with olives, feta, and cucumbers.

My husband’s go-to is ordering the large side of gyro meat (pictured below) and a few sides of pita bread. He basically builds his own gyro wraps and will share my rice. They pack the container with so much meat, I don’t think he’s ever been able to finish it in one sitting. It does re-heat pretty well though too. Pro tip: the pita bread will keep for an extra day or two if sealed in a ziplock and kept on the counter. Unsealed and they get hard, refrigerated and they dry out.

My other favorites are the “spicy potatoes” (that I find more flavorful than actually spicy, though I suppose that’s relative) and the cheese phyllo sides. Omg… both of these are so good that I sometimes order just these two things as a meal. The potatoes are soooo delicious and the cheese phyllos are perfectly light, fluffy and just a little crunchy too.

The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes they can be slow. Even on a Friday night they only had one employee at the register.

The best Mediterranean food in the area and it shows. You will not come across this restaurant randomly since it’s so out of the way, you have to come look for it, and the fact that there are plenty of people who do speaks to how good it is. The potatoes are good, the gyro is good, all is good and has decent pricing.
