The lighting is like an interrogation room. At 7:00 am the bathroom was already dirty, toilet paper strewn on the floor, pubic hair and urine on the rim of the toilet. The place was empty, still the table I sat at was dirty, rings of previous customers’ drinks visible on the table surface. The music was loud and playing a local radio station, commercials, horrible 80’s music, and nattering radio hosts. As a company can’t Dunkin’ afford to create playlists for its stores? I’m at Dunkin’ and hearing advertisements for Wendy’s and other Dunkin’ competitors. That is just bad business, and it’s annoying to customers. It seems this location is geared toward drive through and take out, and it shows. The interior is so unwelcoming it feels like a deliberate strategy to keep people from lingering. The hash browns were luke warm and didn’t fill the bag. Looked like half a serving. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The croissant was terrible. The cheese wasn’t melted, and it was just a processed cheese food slice. The egg… meh. The only reason I came here is that it was the only place open, and that is the only reason I would ever come back — if everything else is closed.

The boy at the front was not at all interested in his job. I ordered a latte, he gave me an iced latte, I ordered a hot chocolate and he asked me what that was, I ordered 2 donuts, he forgot because he was too busy talking to his friend about his work schedule and when another employee reminded him about the order he said “I take a lot of orders”… I was the only one in there. Not the best customer service I have had.

Stopped by to get some wraps and they were super cold, the cheese isn’t even melted. Literally slapped the sandwiches together and didn’t toast them.. Asked them to heat it up and she tells me she can’t because of covid how ridiculous when they are making my food with no masks and gloves no common sense, people are losing it waste of time and food. Won’t be coming back here

Asked for my hash browns cooked extra gave me them barely cooked they were all mashed up together barely cooked at all I actually sent them back to cook them more and they pretended to and just handed me the same back ten seconds later. Terrible customer service and worst coffees made there never consistent and never worth my money not happy with this coffee run won’t go to them again !!!!

This morning at around 5:30 I went to get coffee from her but she treated me very rudely and didn’t even give me a fog and even called the police from above. This girl was not at all humble. I didn’t shout at her at all and I told the policeman that you should check the camera and she is lying but the camera policemen didn’t do that and she said you should put a review then I am putting a review. This guy’s manager should be changed. He is extremely rude.
