I ordered a large five meat pizza and some garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were good. That pizza tasted like mop water. I thought maybe I was tripping so I went and asked my daughter did she like the pizza she said it tasted funny . So I knew I wasn’t tripping. I order from them often but after this, they can’t another dime of my money and I better not get sick because I’m going to sue the hell out of them.

Who wants to cook on a Friday night? Not me! Usually it’s pretty busy so the wait I had was about 15-20 minutes. My over sight was not checking the pizza. One wasn’t correct. Not a big deal, my kids ate it! The lady at the window is sweet. I enjoyed our short conversation. They seem short staffed. The price is good so I will keep going to see her and get my family pizza!

I almost never leave reviews, and NEVER leave negative reviews, but this is twice now that we have ordered off the app and haven’t received half our order. It wasn’t the DoorDash delivery person’s fault. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas, a cheese pizza, two drinks, and a thing of stuffed cheese bread. We ended up with one pepperoni one cheese and some cheese bread. No drinks. And a missing pepperoni pizza. And we have been trying to contact them for 30 minutes. My husband had to go down to the store. What’s the point in having food delivered if you have to go pick up the right order? (Will update if they refuse to give us our order)

Ordered two supreme and some cheese bread online. Was ready when they said it would be, hot and fresh, order was correct. Picked up on time through the pizza portal. Good enough. Update: Ordered a extra most bestest sausage at the window. Charged me $7.99. Had me pull around and brought my pizza to the car. Got home it was barely enough sausage for a hot and ready sausage, certainly not an extra most bestest. Posting pic, you be the judge.

I tried to call the store over & over press 3 to speak to someone in the store & all it did was give a bust signal only reason I put 1 is so I could leave my pictures I would suggest if anyone orders pizza from Sylacauga Little Ceasars check your food first!!!

My fiancè and I went to little ceasers in sylacauga tonight, for a quick dinner after a long day. We ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread at 8:15. During our wait, we watched the staff cuss eachother out. One employee absolutely refusing to do his job and telling the shift manager to practically “go to hell” while he played on tiktok. This employee eventually just walking out and leaving. The entire parking lot filled with cars waiting. Several orders were brought out, but they had no idea what order belonged to who and this ended in the one employee that was trying her best yelling and ultimately saying she was quitting. At 9:20 we finally recieved our food. I kid you not, half the pizza had sauce and the other half didint, at all. Like not even a trace. I was told the guy who made it was new and the employee told me she understood if I never came back. Half of the order was also missing. But at this point we just left.
Had we not spent $30 for a pizza and some cheesy bread, we would have drove off. But we both just made the best of the wait and were almost entertained by the dysfunction. Id steer way clear of this place for a while! They did refund us in the end and the one functional employee apologized.

I asked for whatever was ready & after I paid > then they said pull around and wait. After 10 minutes and 4other cars being serviced I went inside to ask what was the deal and they tried to say 10min. But when I explained that I wanted a refund because I asked for what was ready>> they said being asked to pull around should have been my first clue that it wasn’t ready. No duhh but that was after I paid. The lady tried to say that she was short staffed but too late and was no excuse for basically being lied to at the window and then catching nothing but attitude when I went inside to inquire about my purchase.
