Wings were great, both the bone in and boneless. We ordered spicy lemon pepper, man was that good, and the garlic Parmesan did not disappoint. The pizza crust was perfect and the amount of toppings were pleasing. The cheese bread however left me wanting more. Price was very fair, the only drawback I could see was how long it took for someone to realize I was in the lobby waiting for my order.

really love the food here, but unfortunately, the customer service brings the whole experience down. The person answering the phone has been consistently rude yelling at customers and making the ordering process stressful. It’s disappointing because the food deserves better representation. Please work on improving customer service. I’d love to continue supporting this business, but the way customers are treated needs serious attention.

Two and a half hours for delivery, and the pizza was cold. Ordered at 6:50 pm got here at 9:20. Not gonna lie last time I ordered from here it took 45 mins and the pizza was warm, but consistency is important when it comes to food.

When it comes to pizza, if the crust doesn’t satisfy, then the meal isn’t fit to eat. Now Pappas uses a gad oven and always cooks the pizza so that a traditional crust is well toasted around the edges and the bottom but still moist enough to enjoy the entire experience. Even with leftovers, the next day, it still satisfies.
Also, the Garlic Parmesan wings are great.

Papa’s Pizza reminds me of the family owned businesses in the New York area. The pizza is great and the service is personalized. Drive to El Paso if you must, but Papa’s is great pizza in our home town.
