It took a really long time before we even got our order taken. People pulled up in the other lane after us and got waited on before us. Finally had our order taken, went to the first window. An older woman walked to the window and said that I had to pay at the 2nd window because that is where my order was taken. I get to the 2nd window and a young girl, probably a teenager. Took my payment got my drinks was excellent but seemed like she was doing everything. She had us pull around because we were waiting on chicken. We waited up front for almost 10 minutes. Eventually the same young girl comes out with a bag. She asks me to check the order because “they” deleted our order and didn’t know what we had. Our order was completely wrong. So the young girl went back and had it fixed. She was trying so hard to make it right. She finally came out near tears and gave us the bag. I told her to not beat her self up that she’s doing great and you could tell she was upset. They are taking advantage of that girl. She was running around doing everything. And it was evident she was upset. The adults in that store need to take responsibility and stop putting it all on a child. And yes, I did email corporate with my concerns because I’ll be damned if I’ll stay silent while someone makes a child’s life hell.

First time going since store opened. They didn’t have 3 of soft drinks , no large cups, etc . We went over order 3 – 4 times over speaker. Also telling them the wrong chicken sandwich. They still did not change order on screen. We went to window, went over order where they didn’t get it right. Told them about chicken sandwich and small fries were supposed to be large. They charged us for up sizing to large but we received small fries , medium drinks.. she told us I could get milkshake or icee for no extra charge but it charged $1.50. We just got Dr Pepper. They would not give us a receipt . After our complaints- they did give us large fries . But when I got home to eat the chicken sandwich was very spicy . I have GERD in which I can’t have spicy food. This does NOT help me or my family want to come back. I can’t fill out survey to get free food. We love Burger King but Stanford Ky needs someone to help correct the errors.

i personally work in fast food so i know all the things that come with the job however if im paying $40+ to eat i at least want the items i pay for. my food is always cold and it never fails that im missing sauces that i pay extra for or actual food items. it take 5 seconds to read a screen and put it in the bag, again i work in fast food and do this every day. won’t be going back, honestly a huge waste of money

It is Sunday and I can understand call ins but there is not a reason why any manager should scream at an associate and tell them they cant clock out. Extremely unprofessional. Infant identify the mgr she was wearing a namebadge.

On November 30, 2024 at 10 AM I went through the drive threw and ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese croissants and 1 medium hash round (fresh) I was given the sandwiches and a small cold hash round. I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady who said that she was the one who pulled the hash round up from the fryer and didn’t know what happened but gave me a $5 credit. We order from Burger King every other day switching from McDonald’s and Burger King and I know how my food should look and taste and it was not near fresh!! Unsatisfied regular customer

Wll there was only one worker, she couldn’t fix a burger because of the grill. I did not get what I was wanting, but the lady that was working fixed me chicken sandwiches and fries, and she did a great job with that.ive got to give good ratings because the one worker made everything else alright and my food was good and I enjoyed.hats of to her. She deserves a raise.she was the voice,the cashier,the cook, and the server.100
