Delicious innovative Mexican cuisine. The Food is delicious and at a good price point. The tacos are really good full of flavor. Big salsa bar with plenty of options to pick from varying from non-spicy to spicy. The Birria has definitely improved as I get it often. The broth is full of flavor and the meat is nice and tender. The menu options are endless ranging from tacos, tortas, molcajetes, sopes, ramen birria, spring rolls full of birria, burritos, chiles rellenos, enchiladas, ect… All in all this restaurant offers a good variety of delicious Mexican food.

Rude service, gave attitude because I said I didn’t speak Spanish. They refused to try to accommodate and said no one working speaks any English. I tried to order in Spanish the best I could, but was only met with attitude. Then me and my family were treated differently then anyone else in the restaurant. As example, everyone dinning in received chips and I had to go and ask for them just for them to tell me I had to wait when I seen staff standing there doing nothing and chips right behind them, enough for at least 5+ tables. Food was hot, but very mid, considering the horrible customer service I would suggest to go to another place in hollister with better food and way better customer service.
