I recently came across this gem in the Flamingo Crossings area and I’m so glad I did. Token Ramen & Tea is the real deal — incredible flavor, great atmosphere, and top-tier service from the moment you walk in.

The ramen is incredible and as someone who travels to Japan a lot as well as many parts of South East Asia, it truly was spot on to traditional ramen.
I’m heading back to Japan in a couple of weeks, and now I wonder if it’s worth the flight when something this delicious is right around the corner from me haha JK.

What truly elevated the experience was the service. Jayce and Natalie were phenomenal — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and created an atmosphere that felt both energetic and personal. Tho it was only the both of them running the front of house, and how young they were, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to service.

Huge props and I’ll be back again soon!

We went for an early dinner (but too late for lunch specials), and had no trouble finding parking or an available table. We ordered at the kiosks, grabbed a number and picked out our table.

Our food came out quickly and it was hot and delicious! The kiosks give you the option to opt out of things like the veggies or ramen toppings, and you can also add more for an upcharge if you want a little extra.

The servers will bring you utensils, your drinks and food when it’s ready. If you want soy sauce or additional sauces, they are at the counter by the window to the kitchen. When you finish your meal, you bus the table yourself – bring your dishes to the station in the back to dispose of food & trash, dump liquids in the specified bins, and place dishes and silverware in their bins.

If you can make it for lunch, the specials are a good value. I spent $28 on my dinner of a mixed hibachi plate and a milk tea, plus tip. You can also order via Uber eats and pick up from the counter (or have it delivered) but be sure to specify if you need utensils as I have not received any when I have ordered through uber eats.

Very good option for a healthy, fast and tasty food .
The portions are very good. And the price is fair .
The order gets ready very fast , you can order in the totem or at the cashier.
We had ramen and hibachi and a rice bowl , we really enjoy.

Ramen was ok, we should have spent more time customizing it when ordering. However, the kids chicken nuggets were the best ive ever had in my life (and ive been stealing a nuggets off our kids plates for 20+ years). We will give them another try soon.

Edit: The store called me back and informed me that they will be refunding my order fully. Thank you for making this right.

I put on my order ticket 3 separate times that I have a shellfish allergy. When I got home with my food and opened what was supposed to be pork buns, I realized that they gave me crab wontons. I called the store to tell them because this is extremely dangerous. They told me they would give me a credit for next time. I don’t want a credit for next time, I no longer trust eating food from here. I told them I would like a full refund for my order and they wouldn’t do it, telling me I’d have to bring the food back to them to do so. So I have to inconvenience myself even more to prove that they gave me the wrong food that I’m allergic to?

I recently discovered what might be my new favorite spot for takeout or a casual dine-in meal—this place truly exceeded my expectations. The portions are generous, so you definitely get great value for your money. Every dish I’ve tried so far has been packed with flavor and made with quality ingredients. It’s clear that the kitchen puts a lot of care into their food.

Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and taste. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something delicious without breaking the bank. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

For takeout orders, the food is packaged really well—everything stays fresh, secure, and mess-free by the time you get it home. Whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down for a quick bite, I highly recommend this place for tasty, affordable food and great service. It’s definitely earned a top spot on my list of go-to spots.

Great place for a quick meal. We ordered a little bit of everything. You order from the 2 screens or go to the cashier to order. Pricing and quality of food is way better than ordering at fast food places.

Tonkatsu Ramen was pretty good. The Hibachi beef and chicken was great, and we also ordered Hibachi beef and shrimp dish, which was also good.
The orange chicken and General Tso is not bad also.

We ended up having dinner here 2 nights in a row. Family of 6 enjoyed it!

I believe you get a discount if you’re a Disney Cast Member too.

We may have a third dinner here before flying home, who knows 🙂 The owner/manager greeted and talked with my dad in our language which even made the night special for us.

Food was fine, the service was just OK. Maybe it’s because I didn’t tip 20% for ordering my own food, getting my own silverware and beverage. The automatic tipping is out of control. Pay your workers more. See Maple Biscuit Company. Everyone there is so friendly, they give away free desserts while you wait and no tipping at the register. They don’t even ask.

I’m not a huge fan of the atmosphere. It’s rather cold and the place echos because of how empty it is. It reminds me of a cafeteria, with no thrills. In the future, I may just take out some Ramen home. It’s not really a place I want to spend a bunch of time at eating.

Token Ramen is still in their soft opening phase, but the overall experience was alright. The food was fine, but everything about the service was pretty slow. They had the ordering kiosks turned off and only one person taking orders at the counter which took a while. After placing orders, it was taking quite a while for orders to be filled. I’ll attribute it to opening pains and it will hopefully improve in the future. Overall, it is a nice option to have in Flamingo Crossings, but I probably won’t try it again until they have online ordering enabled and have things running smoother.

After more than 1 year waiting, finally token opens in Flamingo Crossing. However, we are disappointed. Compare with other Token, here does not have sushi and appetizer has very less options. Also it does not have kids menu. Ramen tastes same standard as other store. Space is little crowded. Few of the waitress definitely need trainings for sure because no one really wanna taste the finger!
