The ramen is incredible and as someone who travels to Japan a lot as well as many parts of South East Asia, it truly was spot on to traditional ramen.
I’m heading back to Japan in a couple of weeks, and now I wonder if it’s worth the flight when something this delicious is right around the corner from me haha JK.
What truly elevated the experience was the service. Jayce and Natalie were phenomenal — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and created an atmosphere that felt both energetic and personal. Tho it was only the both of them running the front of house, and how young they were, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to service.
Huge props and I’ll be back again soon!
Our food came out quickly and it was hot and delicious! The kiosks give you the option to opt out of things like the veggies or ramen toppings, and you can also add more for an upcharge if you want a little extra.
The servers will bring you utensils, your drinks and food when it’s ready. If you want soy sauce or additional sauces, they are at the counter by the window to the kitchen. When you finish your meal, you bus the table yourself – bring your dishes to the station in the back to dispose of food & trash, dump liquids in the specified bins, and place dishes and silverware in their bins.
If you can make it for lunch, the specials are a good value. I spent $28 on my dinner of a mixed hibachi plate and a milk tea, plus tip. You can also order via Uber eats and pick up from the counter (or have it delivered) but be sure to specify if you need utensils as I have not received any when I have ordered through uber eats.
The portions are very good. And the price is fair .
The order gets ready very fast , you can order in the totem or at the cashier.
We had ramen and hibachi and a rice bowl , we really enjoy.
I put on my order ticket 3 separate times that I have a shellfish allergy. When I got home with my food and opened what was supposed to be pork buns, I realized that they gave me crab wontons. I called the store to tell them because this is extremely dangerous. They told me they would give me a credit for next time. I don’t want a credit for next time, I no longer trust eating food from here. I told them I would like a full refund for my order and they wouldn’t do it, telling me I’d have to bring the food back to them to do so. So I have to inconvenience myself even more to prove that they gave me the wrong food that I’m allergic to?
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and taste. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something delicious without breaking the bank. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
For takeout orders, the food is packaged really well—everything stays fresh, secure, and mess-free by the time you get it home. Whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down for a quick bite, I highly recommend this place for tasty, affordable food and great service. It’s definitely earned a top spot on my list of go-to spots.
Tonkatsu Ramen was pretty good. The Hibachi beef and chicken was great, and we also ordered Hibachi beef and shrimp dish, which was also good.
The orange chicken and General Tso is not bad also.
We ended up having dinner here 2 nights in a row. Family of 6 enjoyed it!
I believe you get a discount if you’re a Disney Cast Member too.
We may have a third dinner here before flying home, who knows 🙂 The owner/manager greeted and talked with my dad in our language which even made the night special for us.
I’m not a huge fan of the atmosphere. It’s rather cold and the place echos because of how empty it is. It reminds me of a cafeteria, with no thrills. In the future, I may just take out some Ramen home. It’s not really a place I want to spend a bunch of time at eating.
