It’s sort of a hidden location, that I stumbled upon. The food is fresh and consistent. The staff do a good job of keeping the salsa bar clean and replenished. The decor feels like a 80s shopping mall. They could use some background music to liven up the place. Mostly office workers patronize the establishment…so you might run into Bob from accounting, or Sheryl from HR.

I had not been here almost two years. The only thing I have tried is the chicken tortilla soup, but it is so good! It’s filling and there’s a lot of chicken in it. I ordered some today and they gave me my soup, tortilla strips separate, chips and three salsas! All for less than $7. I can’t think of one place where the chicken tortilla soup tastes like this.

Love the food, they chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, fish and vegetarian options. If your a first comer get the breakfast burrito, that’s for breakfast. Lunch everything is good my favorite Baja fish tacos or burrito, Baja shrimp burrito. This is one of the best places in town highly recommended!

Instead of choosing your ingredients as they make it for you like Chipotle or Moe’s, you choose off their menu from a selection of already pre-designed burritos, tacos and more. It was a bit confusing the first time (especially as a vegetarian) but the staff was helpful and patient.
Once I got my burrito (2-5 min wait) I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality. The ingredients were all evenly distributed so that unlike Chipotle you got a little bit of everything with almost every bite. Salsas were also good and it’s nice that the chips come free.
Would give 4.5 for the initially confusing menu, but since that’s such a minor thing they get a full 5 stars.

A quick little burrito and taco joint. They have a cool salsa bar to add your own type of salsa’s to your meals. Options are mild to extremely hot and sweet to savoury. Prices are decent. They have a ramp leading up to the area allowing strollers and wheelchairs access.

Great food, low prices, excellent employees. This place is fantastic for a quick meal, even when it’s busy. It’s part of a small food court area on the corner of 5th St and Figueroa (maps might show it in the middle of a skyscraper, it’s not)
