First of all…the weekly dayshift bartender stated, ( why didn’t you ask me when i was up). When I asked about cashing in a ticket. Ok well your there to wait on customers….not to play Sudoku….if that’s his main focus then do it at home and stop working with the public. Second….if someone turns in several tickets, no matter how much they are, don’t assume you can keep the change. This is up to the patron. The owner needs to realize that it doesn’t matter if they are friends with them or not. The owner needs to separate friendship from work
