Kind of like walking into a European Deli. Cozy. The sandwiches we had we fabulous! Monte Crisco and Pastrami-Pork Belly-Rueben. Yum! They a small variety of Cheese, Italian Meats, Crackers, Canned Fish if you wanted to put together a picnic. They make custom Gift Baskets also. I was disappointed that I didn’t get even a sliver of their home made Kosher Dill Pickles. They looked really good, like the ones my mom made. They also dishes like chili or lasagna, and soup to go. So stock up for a easy dinner after skiing. Easy on and off of Hwy 70.

While visiting Eagle CO, I had the chance to have lunch here. Everything single part of this place is perfection.
The atmosphere, the interior design & the food were 5/5 for me. Mike, the owner, genuinely cares about everything– the customers, the quality of the food.
The mildly eclectic aspect of cool books, art, pottery & fun food (like Kewpie Japanese Mayo, spectacular tinned fish, all kinds of sauces) is worth shopping by.
Chef Owned & Operated.
5/5 Stars.

The group enjoyed all of our sandwiches, great fish tacos. Need to try the rest of their menu, highly recommend.

Slow service. Our order came up after several group’s order who arrived after us. Cheese was not well melted and Mountain Cristo. Used to be a lot better place. Quality and service has slipped.

10/10. Incredible stop off 70. Amazing staff. Proud to support a business like this!
I may have to make trips out here just for a sandwich.

Great sandwiches with freshly-made sides and a fun beer selection. The owner or manager was in when I visited and talked em through some of the options, including the special which was just the right size to make a meal. I got a shaved ribeye sandwich with grilled mushrooms and kimchi, side of scallion potato salad. It’s not subway prices but it’s miles ahead of subway quality

I’ve been coming to Pickled for a few winters now, and somehow it just keeps getting better. Their sandwich lineup is packed with personality, and every bite feels like a little flavor party. The Don Vito is my go-to when I’m craving something bold, and when I need pure comfort food, the Mountain Cristo absolutely hits the spot.
What makes it extra fun is how playful the menu is—sandwiches like the Mayflower, Louisville Hot Brown, and Chi-Town make it hard not to keep trying “just one more.” And whatever the special is, it’s always a winner.
Honestly, I’ve worked my way up and down the menu and haven’t found a dud yet. If you love sandwiches, Pickled is the kind of place you’ll want to keep in your regular rotation. Best sandwich spot, hands down!

My favorite spot in town! Every sandwich I have tried has been perfection. Carefully crafted to ensure an explosion of flavor, you simply cannot make a poor choice. The sides are delectable, my favorite recently was the Asian noodles. BRAVO!

I can’t speak for what I haven’t had, but the Reuben was delicious (so much so that I forgot to take a photo of it while eating – this photo is of my wife’s cheesesteak, which was also great). The quick pickles and potato salad were also great.
The sandwiches are traditional, but not quite. You’ll see familiar names, but the ingredients on top of the standards are inventive and, at least in my sandwich, delicious.
We stumbled upon this place on a cross-country road trip and will absolutely be back if we are in the area.

Really good sandwiches…be patient as it takes a while to get them, but worth the wait!
