Under new ownership and the quality of the food has really suffered. I hate to post this because Palermo has been our favorite local pizza joint for the past few years. These new owners must pick up the quality if they want to keep the regulars coming back. :/ I tried to call but no one answered the phone…. that is like locking the door during business hours.

My kids and I order take out only from here for Italian. The service is great. I’m a true ny type of pizza eater and this is nearly the only place ill eat one. The wings and other food is good as well. One time they delivered the wrong pizza. I called and not only did the guy immediately admit to his mistake when putting in my order but apologized numerous times. In no time my correct pizza was at my door. They let me keep both and both were devoured! Love those guys and the food!

Even though they deliver, I like to pick up my Pizza. The staff is friendly, the price is good and the thing I love best: the receipt lists the tip amounts. I like to give generous tips, but I am rubbish when it comes to math. Having the amount listed alleviates my math anxiety, brings joy to the waitstaff and makes my Pizza taste extra good. Not a lot of dine in customers, but may be due to the off time, and off days I order. Check it out. I always get the meat lovers. Chest ce bon.

Ordered a take out Pizza with half sausage and they repeated the order as given. Picked up pizza at 7 PM on a Friday night and the place was empty-now I know why. Got home and the pizza was all sausage-we called and they argued that the order was correct. In addition to getting the order wrong and not admitting it and making it right -the Pizza was terrible. If you want a good pizza go to Anthony’s on PGA Boulevard.

It seems that a lot of people are confusing this restaurant with the old location in Lake Park.
I have eaten at the North Palm Beach location which has been in business for a few years now. The chef and line chef are from the original location but came to this location when it was opened.The old location was sold and the recipes may have been tweaked a bit by the new owner.
No kidding ,every meal my family has had has been great.
A driver who worked at the old location told the chef that he was asked to give a positive review by the owner when he worked there.

Really sad about my experience. I just want to start by saying this was not the fault of the servers in anyway. I came with my friends because we were told food was great. Boy where they wrong! Pizza shouldn’t take 50mins to be delivered to our table and if you know its taking longer because you have a lot of togo’s then tell us ahead of time and DO NOT get rude with us when we question why we have been sitting for so long and everyone else who’s been seated after us is eating. Our poor server who was actually one of the delivery people had to leave mid serving us to take out a delivery…Huh?!…The whole concept is just confusing…and after being there for 2 hours with many mishaps you as the owner don’t even offer taking something off our check. Cool. I certainly won’t be back and will tell my friends not to waste their time.

Delicious pizza every time. Had the meat lovers and it was yummy as was the plain cheese. Others with me had veggie pizza and they said it was great as well. Will be heading back there every chance we get.

When the original owner sold, the place split. The new location kept the name, but none of the things that made it great. Bad food, worse service. I give my loyalty to the original location- Lake Park Brick Oven Pizza. That’s where it’s at.

This is my first time ordering from this restaurant and I can honestly say the food is amazing I love it I ordered the Mozzarella cheese sticks AMAZING and 20 chicken wings and they were axing also I ordered mild, honey bbq and carribean jerk and they were spicy but really good .
