The food tasted well. Had never seen miso soup with carrots I liked that. But what really is unexceptional as a nutritionist is the vegan curry. Same price as the curry with beef however there is no protein. I would suggest adding tofu to the dish to make it more nutritious and worth the price.

Real Japanese cuisine in the heart of Venice. Highly recommended. The ramen is excellent as are the small plates.

We go to Japan a lot and this place is legit in terms of the presentation and more importantly, the flavors and taste.

My sister and I went to Japan last February and we went in Tokyo to visit the other restaurant. We promised that when in Venice together we would have had dinner here! So here we are! Amazing dinner, with amazing people! Super delicious meal is waiting for you!

After eating a lot of Italian food, the bowl of ramen was so refreshing.
The food was great, great atmosphere and gateway from the busy city, staff were nice and pricing was reasonable

Very comforting Asian food. Would highly recommend the fried chicken and ramen also heard the Katsu is good. Definitely soothes your Asian food craving in Europe. But! All of the dishes tend to me on the saltier side and water does cost money… that’s the only downside

This came as a recommendation. We didn’t have a reservation, but were seated at the side table, which was ok, but maybe a little too small.

The food was pretty one note. My dining companion got the lasagna and said it was ok. I got the beef curry. The beef was chewy. Just kind of bummed. We wouldn’t come back.

This restaurant was super warm, actually too warm. My family was sweating the entire time, so we two bottles of cold water. Then we ordered Katsudon for lunch, and it was too salty. Way too salty, so none of my family finished their dish. The highball was ok. For dessert, we ordered matcha tiramisu, which was very good. You can taste pleasantly bitter matcha with green tea tiramisu. To sum up, match tiramisu was the best, cold water was the second best, the highball was ok, and Katsudon was below the average.

Popped in as my kids wanted ramen during our Italy visit (!). We are glad we came! Service was excellent, reminiscent of what one would find in Japan. Food was top notch – the karaage was so tasty and the mains were excellent, particularly the roast beef special.

I will say, just because I noted this negatively for another restaurant recently, that this restaurant also changes a cover fee, which wasn’t readily apparent. 3€pp, for which they provide some quality edamame for the table. Regardless, i would absolutely come back!

Recommend strongly booking in advance. We were lucky to get a walk-in table, but saw multiple parties turned away after us. They do have a bar for which they hold solely for walk-ins, but that filled up to. This is a popular place, and for good reason!

Very nice and curious place located in San Polo, few steps away from the amazing Basilica dei Frari. Fusion restaurant Venetian-Japanese cuisine, interesting and very tasty dishes. I was here with a couple of friends and we tried many things, all delicious. The fried pork and chicken were remarkable, ramen is very good as well and if you are around for a quick dinner that one can fulfill you readily! The selection of sakes is great as well. Very kind staff and cute atmosphere, just I would improve the ventilation system in the kitchen because at one point you smell just fried and yourself as well once at home.
Great place and recommended!
