Sad day at Payson KFC. I’ve gotten things here in the past. They never seem too concerned with giving hot and fresh food so I don’t know why I go back or why I thought it would be different ordering delivery. It definately wasn’t.
Not only was the food cold (the cheese on the incorrect mashed potato bowl wasn’t even melted) but we received the wrong items. Ordered a pot pie, as it says on my receipt, but received the aforementioned mashed potato bowl. My wife wasn’t happy.
The wedges were so cold, I almost wished they hadn’t brought them back, to save me from the disappointment of not being able to eat them. I guess it’s a good thing they were free with my rewards, but defeats the purpose of said rewards.
And last but not least I had ordered 3 bbq wings but got regular bbq chicken. I’m guessing they were getting rid of the old food since it was an hour before closing.
I feel that this was the last try for this KFC. Looks like Popeyes from here on out.

My wife and I walked in here to get some chicken. It had been quite awhile since either of us had been to a KFC. She had to use the bathroom real quick, came out and said it was filthy. On top of that I had been looking at the menu, and it was $23 for 8 pieces of chicken. Even if I was a millionaire I wouldn’t pay that for 8 pieces of chicken. It’s the principal. There are so many other places to get fast food for a way better deal. Hell, you might as well go to Applebee’s at that point. What the hell is this country coming to?

We stopped for our favorite meal today and we’re having a fun time laughing as patrons were getting their meals so quickly they weren’t even able to sit down. The staff was on fire and getting orders out so quickly – and right at lunchtime. The manager even stopped by to check on our drinks. Definitely a friendly place for lunch.

The cashier was very nice but whoever was taking the orders and was in the kitchen was not, she was over loading her cashier with orders. While taking out order she never asked if I wanted one of our things by itself then when we got to the window her cashier never caught that we even wanted. Then got mad at us because we wanted our combo we ordered. Then got mad at us because we still wanted it and then told us we will have to pay next time. Never once did we say we wouldn’t pay for the combo.

The speed and accuracy of these people is so amazing the food was warm and delicious I came in during dinner rush and they were so nice and told me it would take 15 minutes for the food to be done but it literally only took them 10 minutes to pack a big order for me and my friends, and they made sure to get everything I ordered, it was amazing service and everything, I will be definitely coming back here again.

The lady working the drive through was very rude and it took them 15 minutes to get me my food from the drive through. The kid that brought my food our practically shoved my food into my hands and then pulled out a vape and was smoking into some else’s food.

I’m so tired of Covid but thanks for being safe and careful. We didn’t realize that the dine in wasn’t open until we went inside and they are only open for pick up except at the drive through. The manager stepped up and accommodated us although we would have gone to the drive through.

We have been to the KFC in Spanish Fork and this location has been so much better. We stopped in for dinner and tried the 7pc meal and some $5 fill ups (mac and cheese & 1 pc chicken breast meal).
Service was fast and friendly. I ordered and as I was filling drinks, they had my order ready to go. I was not a huge fan of the mac & cheese, but my kids loved it and raved about it. The chicken was yummy, seasoned, and crispy. We enjoyed the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The kids were happy about the fountain root beer.
My only suggestion is that while I appreciate super fast service, accuracy is key. We drove all of the way home (15 min drive) and realized a few things from our order was missing. We ended up driving back because the biscuits are my kids’ favorite. They were apologetic and got them for us quickly. It would also be helpful if they asked if you want to-go utensils and napkins when you order take out.
We will defintely try this location again.
