Great pizza place for the price. I ordered online and did a promo. I got two large pizzas and the cheese pizza was extra cheese for only $10.56 with tax. I definitely got extra cheese. Very nice staff and if you don’t wanna speak to anyone for pickup, order online. You get a code to pick up and it’s no human to human contact. Value over buck A+.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Place my order online, 1 pizza. Said it would be done within 20 mins cool. I walk in about 23 mins later, mind you im the only one waiting. Guy comes out after a few mins ask my name i tell him he says oh its going to be like 5 more mins… ok fine, all the employees literally standing in a big circle in the back just laughing and joking around. About 7 mins go by, no pizza… a few more mins finally a pizza. When I opened the box I was not please to see the grease dripping grease. The pizza wasn’t even fully done, the toppings all fell off, the pizza wasn’t cut, and when I went to grab a slice it all fell apart. I literally didnt even eat the pizza because the bottom of it was dough still and felt like soggy. This is not the first time, but will definitely be the last. This location needs some serious work.

I ordered a full pepperoni pizza, but I received a pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese. I understand that all pizzas come with cheese — that’s not the issue. The issue is that I did not order half cheese.
I called the store to report the mistake. The first call was disconnected, and when I called back, the employee who answered was very rude and kept saying he didn’t understand the problem instead of listening. I explained calmly, but the issue was not resolved.
I paid with card and expected either the correct order or proper customer service, and I received neither. Very disappointing experience.

Came in to order pizza and got to hear a whole fight breakout between the coworkers, people swearing and storming out the door. Highly unprofessional and of course my pizzas were made like shit, all tastes the same tho, so not to pressed. But yall need more professional employees with some emotional regulation. Put me as the manager there, I’ll get the store in check hahaha

Just horrible, every time I give this location another chance I regret it. The employees don’t care at all about the quality of the food and it shows. Pizza does not ever look like the picture or like it used to. Many other locations do it right why can’t this one? I’ve already contacted the district manager and hopefully there’s some restructuring soon.

Just picked up a pizza and got home to this…it’s burnt with cheese on only half the pizza. Not sure how long this pizza are suppose to sit but the bottom of the box was pretty soggy. Next time I buy a pizza I’ll let the employee open the box to check and verify im getting a decent pizza for $7.

Okay so usually I give people a second chance so I went in and got a hot and ready pizza went home and opened the pizza to a burned pizza so I went back and kindly asked for another one the guy there was nice but kept hiding in the back after I asked for a new pizza and had 2 hot and ready one’s but said I’ll give you a new one in 5 mins so I was confused and said give me one of the hot and ready ones however he then showed me 3 more burned pizzas and said “I don’t know man something must be wrong with the oven“ and then gave me another burned pizza I’ve been going to this lil Caesars religiously for the last two months and this is the only time I’ve had a problem and I’m very frustrated with it because of that now I don’t suggest you going there go to another place I guarantee they won’t give you a burnt pizza here’s the pics to prove. The crust was hard enough to tear your mouth up thoroughly disgusted what a waste of money.

Will not serve you if you do not speak English- I went into this location today between 7:30-8:00 pm the tall kinda chubby guy working the counter took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes or so. Im sitting there waiting and this little old Mexican lady and her grandson come in followed by some other younger people, she looks at the menu and then ask if there is someone who speaks Spanish. The same guy behind the counter very rudely says “idk what do you want” so she looks at her grandson and he uses his phone to translate they need someone who can speak English so they can order he shows the guy and he responds with “why do you have a complaint” the kid shows him his phone again and he just responds “no” they leave quietly. This whole time the younger people behind them are laughing and snickering turns out they are friends with the kid behind the counter. The guy behind the counter then admits and laughed that they have plenty of people who speak spanish and could have helped but since “she didnt even try to speak English” he refused to help her he then goes off on a rant about why he believes this. Then his buddy ask him to give him some free food to which he hooks him up with a hot and ready and some bread sticks free of charge. Mind you I’ve been waiting 25 minutes and haven’t gotten my food the whole time it was a huge party in the back. Including myself this guy cost you 2 customers after tonight and stole from your company.

Every time I tell myself I’m done and never coming back to Little Caesar’s I disobey my wise self, go, then leave, shaking with anger. The employee and the manager insisted this is what the “Old World Pepperoni” is supposed to look like, but this time, I refused to roll over and demanded a refund. It’s not repulsive, but it’s not acceptable. I can’t imagine how one of their cheap pizzas should look.
