By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The service is consistently slow, and almost every order results in being pulled forward to wait, even for simple items. Food is rarely ready in a timely manner.
I’ve had multiple incorrect orders, missing items, and my drinks forgotten more than once. The lobby drink machine has been out of ice, and one side appeared to be out of soda syrup, making drinks unusable.
The biggest problem is management. Managers are dismissive and argumentative when feedback is given. When I complained, a manager told me, “There’s a Hardee’s across the street if you don’t like our service.” Completely unprofessional.
Managers also seem bothered by customers ordering inside and have rolled their eyes at people trying to order at the counter. Something seriously needs to change at this location.

Do not stop at this McDonald’s they are rude disrespectful. And they do not give you half of your order. This isn’t the first time. I can’t count how many times there’s been a fight over something in the order. It’s like management doesn’t care about their customers.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. They never get the orders right and if they do they give it to the wrong person, we ordered 3 mcvalue meals and they swore they fixed everything after again giving the order to the wrong person and so my girlfriend got home only to find out the 3 orders of chicken nuggets we was supposed to have wasn’t even in the bag. No more St Paul McDonalds for us.

At least 85% of the time I go to this restaurant they get my food wrong and I have to go back and get it replaced. One of my family members works there, and when I can’t get in contact with the store—because they hardly EVER answer the phone— I contact that family member so they can let the store know it was messed up. Well I went in today to get something replaced—that I have video evidence of it being messed up—I was greeted with a hateful attitude from the manager that was upfront and was basically called a liar about my food being wrong. I work in fastfood, im a manager, I know that you’re supposed to be polite and understanding with each customer regardless of if you think they’re wrong or not. Obviously im not someone who says “customer is ALWAYS right because…no… but I will say if the customer comes in with video proof that their food wasn’t made correctly you should definitely just fix it and not be such a jerk. When my food was messed up I tried to call the store they didn’t answer so I sent the video to my brother and he sent the video to the group chat for the employees to see they messed it up and I would need it replaced. I did everything I could to contact the store I don’t believe I as a paying customer did anything wrong to deserve food that was made incorrectly and to be treated like a liar when I go to try to just get them to replace it. Absolutely do not recommend anyone visit this McDonald’s unless it’s your last resort and when you do visit it don’t expect to have your food made correctly. ❤️ wouldn’t let me post the video so here’s pictures from the video where I show NOTHING but meat and bread was on the burger when I wanted everything on it with no onion add light mayo.

wish i could leave no stars, the service was rude and they acted like they didnt care about anyone, we paid for two large frapes and when i questioned them about it they claim it was when it clearly wasnt and when we got our food the fries where short and the burgers didnt have what we ordered

Once again they messed up my order. It’s the only McDonalds for miles. I called when I got home and explained that this wasn’t the first time and the young man apologized and said they were doing the best they could with 2 people. I’m not trying to be mean but how is that my problem? I don’t get a discount when the meals are wrong. I would happily wait a few minutes and know my grandkids are happy. Also, please stop the person that runs food out to waiting vehicles that they shouldn’t be vaping while walking to someone’s car food in hand. Sounds like the manager needs to hire better people. There is a Taco Bell and a Hardee’s in the same town, maybe they’ll appreciate my business.

When you pay for a large meal, you expect to get your large meal. I ordered a large fry, and ended up with a medium fry in a large container. Maybe stop being so greedy and do your job it’s not that hard to put fries in a container

I’m so tired of paying big money for nothing. Got a double quarter meal…16 dollars. Got home fries about 1/2 full. This is not a mistake. It’s ripping people off. By far not the first time. I will NEVER be back. Bye Mcripoff.
