I come here all the time and it might be my favorite place to eat and grab drinks. I absolutely love the bao buns and grilled octopus. The drinks are nice and tasty. I recommend this place to everyone I meet. Everyone working is always so nice and welcoming. I will definitely keep coming here consistently!

Food was amazing, although slightly over-seasoned (wild mushroom carbonara risotto, photo posted below), the grilled octopus was great! Would recommend. I had a great time with my group here and overall great food and service. We started off with the Crispy Chicken Bao Buns, which i never had before, but they were great. The buns were fluffy, and the chicken was flavorful and paired nicely with the vegetables. I had the shrimp power bowl, which was complimented very nicely with the lime. The atmosphere was nice, we went on a weekday around noon, so it wasn’t busy. Overall, I would come here again and is worth trying.

This place is just delightful. Came in on a weekday without a reservation and was seated quickly despite it being busy. Our server was excellent and the food was superlative. The service wasn’t rushed… we ordered drinks and there was pause between ordering and consuming appetizers and ordering our entrees. The menu was thoughtful and they had a great selection of cocktails and local brews as well!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We’ve traveled to many countries and tried countless dishes, but the food here impressed us more than any other.
We ordered the Alaskan halibut, pan-seared salmon, and grilled octopus — absolute works of culinary art and a true explosion of flavors. Each dish was expertly and perfectly prepared, showcasing a full spectrum of tastes.
We were also amazed by the crispy chicken bao buns. The buns were like clouds — light and delicate — filled with perfectly crispy chicken. The cucumber added a refreshing note, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully.
We finished our meal with equally delicious desserts, including a crème brûlée that was silky, delicate, and flawlessly executed.
The service also deserves special mention. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful experience in this cozy spot. They changed our silverware between courses, promptly cleared empty plates, and checked in to ensure everything was to our liking.
Another lovely bonus is the charming terrace where you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air. The cocktails were also excellent.
Overall, this place truly stands out for the quality of its dishes and presentation. It deserves your attention — and we will definitely be back ❤️

Very impressive. Highly recommended. Stopped in after a Dr visit in the area. Never heard of this place but now it’s on our favorites list. Already planning to bring the family. Waitress recommended a couple of IPAs, I had the Sour Monkey. Both were great. We had grilled Octopus and the ricotta and honey for appetizers. Two thumbs up. Delicious. Our main dishes were pasta and I had the airline chicken, with mushrooms and Bok choy, Absolutely a must. Thank you for the great service and wonderful experience. We’ll be back.

Was a little nervous to come on NYE bc sometimes restaurants can be overwhelmed on holidays — but the experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Was seated immediately upon entering (reservation) and our waitress Natalie took great care of us.
Cocktails were really great – loved my foxy tail cocktail and my husband was a big fan of his 151. Fig and Brie toast was perfect, well balanced flavors and textures. Sea bass was yummy – slightly overcooked but the accompanying sauce and rice was delicious. Pork chop was decent but the dish didn’t really stand out. Cookie skillet for dessert was on the super sweet side, but would be a huge hit with kids in particular (good to share for 2-4 people).
Parking may be a little tricky but we managed to snag a spot by the bank/there are two parking lots behind the restaurant. Cocktails here shine, and I would be curious to try some of their other menu items. Would highly recommend!

Omg this place was so cute! There’s plenty of outdoor seating and the inside has that cozy, slightly moody vibe (plus great A/C to beat these hot Chicago heat). The staff is really kind and accommodating which made this experience even better. I have a lot of food allergies, and they made me feel welcomed and not at all like a burden. I ordered the grilled octopus (normally served with potato purée), and they swapped in broccolini for me, which was chef’s kiss . The octopus was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My friend got the chicken grain bowl and said it was filling, healthy, and super tasty. Plus the portion sizes are great too. Will absolutely be back!

Everything from the service to the food to the ambiance were perfection. The drinks are the best in town. The burger is the best in town. The fig and brie appetizer is like having dessert first and we crave it. It was the first time we had the seabass and oh my word – it was divine! We’ll be back every week and for New Years Eve – a family tradition
