So I went in to pick up my prepaid ham for Thanksgiving as I have done for many years. But for the first time, I had a not so good experience. As well as they have some new protocols in which I’m not a fan. I rated my experience a 5 because of 1 person, Brandon the store manager on duty. After picking up my ham I returned to the store later because what I experienced did not sit well with me but for the first time in a long time I received excellent customer service by Brandon. Had it not been for him I had decided this would be my last transaction with Honey Bake Ham. He listened and understood my complaint and for the first time in a long time I felt I was a valued customer. Thanks again Brandon. Making you store manager was a smart decision. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

I came in one day and ordered several types of ham sandwiches. All of them were excellent in taste, and the ham itself was flavorful, albeit the sandwiches themselves were smaller than expected. The staff were very friendly, and the wait was minimal, however I happened to be there during slow hours. I paid 15$ for a meal which is around industry standard for the economical climate of today. If you want a decent lunch that isn’t too heavy, a recommended stop.

Half ham purchased it was ordered online and you can set your pick up time. I got here at 7:20am for an 8am pick up with no line which was shocking cause this place is always busy. I received 2 reminder emails that it was time to pick up my order which is really nice. The ham is really the best you can get anywhere. The honey crust is smoky and the ham is tender melt in your mouth delicious. I can’t help but sample it before stashing it away for Christmas potluck sliders!!! . We will use Kings rolls and various cheeses and condiments I can’t wait!!!!

I have bought from honey baked ham for many years. Every once in a while, I see people come late and get locked out. Every time the manager has let them in and helped them out. Not this year. This time the employees just sat there and stared. Will not be coming here anymore.

Idk what happened to this place but they blocked my DoorDash cause I made a bad review . The ham was old and smelled bad . Called the store and asked about the order and was lied to stating that they cannot block orders when DoorDash had confirmed that’s what happened . They lack accountability And lied. To be nasty in a place you don’t know the face of the person you’re being nasty to is hilarious… I can and will walk in with no problem. ☺️

Honeybaked Ham has been a family tradition on the holidays for years!! The process for ordering and pickup is so easy! The meats do not disappoint but those turkey sliders… fire!!! Those will be ordered throughout the year.

I called on the phone this morning to ask about getting a ham and they informed me I could no longer place an order online, but could walk in and buy one. I verified again that if we came in we could still purchase a ham and they had plenty left for walk ins. After waiting in line for 2 hours with two young children, I was informed at the counter they could no longer sell to walk ins. I was already worried about this happening which is why I doubled down on the phone call to avoid this. Extremely disappointed.

Drove all the way there to get Ham salad in the middle of the day and they did not have any. Best to call and see how much they have before going. Prices have gone up a lot too in the past yr it seems.
