Me and my husband stopped by El Sabor taco truck and were seriously impressed. We ordered the asada burrito and a pastor quesadilla -both were packed with flavor and made fresh to order. The meat was well-seasoned, and the portions were generous, especially for the price.
The service was excellent – friendly, fast, and welcoming. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers. Prices are on the cheaper side, which makes this spot an even better value.
Definitely a great find if you’re craving authentic, no-frills Mexican food. We’ll be back!

The best tacos al pastor I’ve had in Denver so far. Once I saw their trompo and read they were from puebla I knew I had to try them. These tasted just like the ones back from my hometown.

This place is close to my house so I’m a little biased but it’s the best food truck tacos in Denver. Fresh off the spit al pastor, tons of great toppings included with the tacos, still a great value compared to other trucks. I’m never sure what their hours are but if they’re open this is definitely worth a stop.
