The pizza was Awesome it was the Bread Sticks that SUCKED there not even bread sticks they are Crust Sticks that were soaked in grease it tasted like, they were hard, cold and there was no garlic on them. You guys charge $8.69 for that when you shouldn’t even be making them at all

The manager said the bathroom is not able to be used by customers, but they offer dine in. The workers don’t wear gloves when they make your pizza! They took my worder, cash and then went straight to the food. Not clean!!!I got my money back! The woman manager was rude.

The other day my friends and I came to this location to pick up our pizza we had ordered online & it was absolutely disgusting. The only positive comment I can give is the fact that the customer service was great! Other than that, the pizza was trash. To begin with, we had ordered our pizza with both pepperoni and bacon toppings but there was barley any of that! It might as well have been a cheese pizza. The bacon that it did have was ALL FAT! Not only that but it was extremely greasy as well, by far the greasiest pizza we’ve ever ate. It literally made my stomach hurt and we couldn’t even finish it. It was so unappealing, even the crust tasted as if it was drenched in grease. I will never return to this location. Worst pizza ever!

BRING BACK MAURICE!! Great customer service (except for Tatiana… unfortunately, she is cold ‘n callous) plus this place actually has TABLES & CHAIRS to enjoy your meal inside WITH air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (except for Tatiana). Good pizza to boot?

Ordered a pizza with EZ sauce, received it with extra sauce. Called customer service because that’s where you are directed when you place an order. I told them my dilemma so they put me through to the store. After waiting several minutes the store phone went into a busy tone, then hung up on me. I repeated this process 3 times. So finally I drove to the store to explain my situation again the young girl working the window said she was going to get her manager, but her Mgr sent her back and wanted to give me store credit. I told her I didn’t want store credit, I want a pizza. So she went back to her mgr and she came back and told me that they are running out of dough. Its 9pm. Her mgr Jenny i think just didn’t want to deal with me. So I asked the young girl that I wanted to speak with her. I asked Jenny for the pizza I originally requested. It has now been 45 min since I placed my order. Jenny told me she could not make the pizza due to not having dough for the pan pizza. So I requested another style which was a hand tossed. And it would be 10 min. So I agreed.

I’ve been ordering at this Pizza HuT for years now and without fail, they makes the highest quality pizzas I’ve ever had. Not only that, the people who work there are pleasant professionals, even when I made a mistake that resulted in my order getting messed up and a delivery driver taking off with my pizza the staff there did such an amazing job that this location lost zero points with me. If anything they only solidified their reputation and I will continue to make this my primary Pizza Hut.
