Was not seved at the parking option and pulled to drive through had to yell my order 3 times workers still did not listen or where too lazy to not give me mayo when I asjed multiple times and both slushies where served as just drinks with ice at the top

I tried the new $6 smashburger and it was very underwhelming. Honestly. It lacked taste as in like Burger taste. It tasted more like just plain grease with no flavor. It was kind of strange. And the special sauce they put on it didn’t really do much for my taste buds either.

Ordered thru mobile app. Waited way longer than a mobile order should have taken and there were no other customers. Thought they were making the food that’s why it was taking so long …. WRONG! Food was cold and disgusting! Barely any chili on the coney hot dog, ordered large onion rings … bag was 1/2 full … the onion rings were cold and mushy all the breading fell off and crumbled at the bottom of the bag. I had 2 separate orders and both were absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had from this location. I called to speak to the manager and no one answered. I will be calling again tomorrow to speak to a manager and request a full refund for both disgusting orders! McDonald’s would have been a better choice and that’s not giving McDonald’s a compliment either.

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Customer service is a joke at this sonic. They want to serve Customers sub par food. I am a door dasher and I asked them to remake food 2x for a customer and the man working refused to. They wanted me to deliver ice cream that was already melted when I got there. It was bad enough the order was going 10 miles but to start off with melted ice cream I was not going to deliver melted ice cream to a customer. After I refused the order they put the ice cream back on the counter to melt some more. If this is how they send out delivery orders, I wouldn’t want to eat there.

I usually only come here for milkshakes and slushes. The one time I got food, I waited way too long….ab 40 minutes, and I had to call the store to remind them of the order. They said it glitched and my food was coming. I always tip and give workers the benefit of the doubt.

Food is always fresh but I paid for double strawberries in my limeade as I do at all the others and barely had 1/2 a scoop added. When I asked about it he stated he added 6 a scoops of strawberries but looks more like 6 scoops of ice instead. While waiting in line o could see him looking at the drink and I should have known it would be wrong. If you can’t accommodate just say that but don’t charge me for something and then lie to my face..I wish I could add a picture but from now on I’ll just go to another location.

We had a VERY large order through the drive-thru. They read it back to me twice in two different places. They made sure we had everything, including sauces. They were very attentive, caring, and professional. Highly recommend this location.

Just had the saddest breakfast burrito of my life. Half the tortilla was unfilled and just folded over. Eating the tater tots was like chewing on rocks, and the unsweet tea was extremely bitter.

Just went here. Got 2 combos with no one in the drive through line. He read it back to me at the window. They STILL gave us the wrong order!! Both combos were wrong when we got home!! That’s ridiculous!!!
