It’s Chipotle food, but this location just doesn’t care at all about how the shop looks, about customer service, or about being properly stocked. The soda fountain (which they get their BIGGEST margins on) hasn’t worked properly in at least a year. I recommend choosing Leo’s tacos over this location; they just do not care at this Chipotle on Pine Ave.

This is the last standing chipotle that gives out its usual size portions. I have ordered through D.D and yes it’s smaller so just go in person be polite and you will be good. Thanks long beach team and I appreciate the honey vinaigrette with the sour cream.

Absolutely terrible. I didn’t want to believe all the negativity around Chipotle right now, but I just learned first hand, it’s all true. My order was delivered with an empty drink, my salad had 7 lil pieces of chicken and even less lettuce….my vinaigrette was less than half full. Wild. I couldn’t believe my eyes. You do not get your money’s worth here anymore. Absolute trash business practices. This was my last time ever ordering Chipotle. So frustrated and disappointed.

Please look at my photo and let me know where all the “Salad” part of the meal is. I didn’t ask for rice or beans (I figured there would be more room for the salad). But who ever made my “Salad” felt like romaine lettuce was too costly to put more in the meal. This is honestly embarrassing if this is called a “Salad”. Lettuce is so cheap Chipotle! Why are your employees skimping on this? This is the second time I’ve ordered a salad and it came out lacking. I also ordered 2 this time around and they both look like this.
2 stars because it was still delicious, but I feel very ripped off for paying $7.25 for this.

I’ve been to this location to order inside a few times and they have always been good. The one time I order delivery, I received the smallest burrito in the history of chipotle ever! It was half the size of the burrito I would normally get when ordering inside the restaurant. See pics. I am a female and my hands are NOT big. They skimped out since I wasn’t able to be there. They should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to happen. Do yourself a favor and do not order delivery from here.

The food is good but dont let the girl with glasses help you. She is just straight up stingy with portions and doesn’t listen. I asked her for an extra sauce and she straight up looked me dead in the face and told me okay while handing me the bag. I was waiting for the extra sauce but she walked away. I had to ask another young lady to help me out. She was sweet and at least heard me. Usually everybody else is nice and serves decent bowls too. They just be hiring anybody nowadays I guess

The lady that was working there forcefully tried to stuff everything that was spilling out of my burrito with her fingers and everything spilled out regardless. She decided it was a good idea to scoop all the meat broth into the burrito and mash everything together into a congealed mess. She offered to double wrap but I opted for a bowl instead. She was also incredibly rude.
I should have remembered her name but I just wanted to get out of there so I can eat my “burrito” with a spoon. She was working at around 2PM if that helps whoever is in charge.
