Especially the female and male at night shift. I hope they change employees or tell them to be more friendly. Trust me it’s not worth going.

The place itself is very nice clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which I really appreciated. However, the customer service could use some improvement. During my visit, Jaqueline seemed impatient while preparing my sub, and asking for just a bit more of an ingredient appeared to bother her. The portion sizes also felt inconsistent.

What stood out even more was how she responded to someone who came in asking about a job. Her immediate and dismissive “NO” came across as unprofessional and could easily be interpreted as discriminatory.

We recently ordered from Subway’s website with delivery through DoorDash, but when we received our order, one of the items was missing. When we contacted the store to report the issue, the representative who answered the phone was extremely rude and argumentative, stating that she had prepared the order correctly and blaming DoorDash for the missing item. I was trying to explain to her that if I had made the order through DoorDash I would understand that it was them I needed to talk to, but since I made the order through their website, they should be able to take responsibility, even DoorDash redirected me to them. I asked to speak with a manager and provided my contact information, but unfortunately, no one called me back. The lack of customer service and poor communication was disappointing, especially considering the issue was with a simple sandwich. Hopefully, Subway will take steps to improve their customer service in the future

I went on 8/31/24 . I ordered 3 sandwiches. Leo was working he had a nasty toothpick in his mouth . His beard wasn’t covered. Making my sandwiches I am gonna call the health dept on the store.

This is the holiday season to wish everybody abundance, happy holidays or whatever so I came into the Subway there ordering, but I had to use the bathroom and I asked for the key of the guy says oh you have to press some. You know what but the attitude behind it it’s not like I wasn’t gonna purchase anything. Yeah your office sucks. A customer service sucks. I can’t understand you can’t use the bathroom and purchase now dear happy holidays.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION

First and foremost I’d like to start that I understand policy is set in place to protect establishments from being cheated out of their money. But today was really unfortunate the way things went and I was not happy with the way the store manager handled it over the phone. I ordered over $100 worth of food for my staff so we can each enjoy some food together during a long shift. Food arrived on time some 40 minutes after the delivery was placed, only when we opened the bag to find the sandwiches I noticed that my specific sandwich was missing ($14.78 just the sandwich mind you). I went ahead and called the location to ask about what we could do to have the delivery and food that was paid for into my possession. When I first called the staff member mentioned he didn’t know what to do and asked his supervisor to come along, when the second person took the phone they pretended they couldn’t hear me and hung up after 3 seconds of asking “hello?”. I called back because I really wanted to see if I can get my food or at least a partial refund because I had no money left In my account after such a big purchase of food. I was greater by a woman who claimed to be the store manager and she told me that I needed to take the food back to her with a receipt to prove that we were missing the item. Only I had the food delivered through the SUBWAY app and had no means of going to the location with all the food and my receipt. I informed the manager about it and she seemed to get upset that I didn’t understand what she was saying. Except I did understand what she meant but I ordered delivery for a reason paid the fees and such for it or be left with a check over $100 and no food for myself was just embarrassing. She then made her point again and emphasized she will not do anything else beyond that, and when I asked if I can contact someone else she said no she is the store manager and what she saying will be final.

I’d like just to address that the store managers attitude to the situation was not that of a leadership position or someone working in a costumer service industry.

Also that if the system really doesn’t allow for any kind of delivery errors then something needs to to be addressed on that front because we that pay for delivery normally don’t have the means of going back into the store themselves.

Thanks again and not saying they ain’t working hard here but when there are issues that can be fixed please address them.

Pick better management! The gentlemen and female attending us were great. Our sandwiches are good. BUT this review is on the manager she’s tall with huge eye leashes and thick eyeliner. She’s supper unprofessional and BEYOND rude with the male employee in front of customers. She was mad because when she walked in the chairs were on the tables and he explained he had just cleaned and apologized. And of course I was looking because she was loud and mean, and she gave me a death stare as well .The 2 workers were busy with online orders, in person and drive through orders. she as a manager should have stepped in put the chairs down herself and addressed BOTH employees in PRIVATE. Everyone is short staffed, last thing this subway needs is employees to walk out due to poor management.

And service that is much faster and more reliable for the order to be corrected or double checked before you receive your order . I think we seen great reviews today and I wanna rate them a great 5 star fast food restaurants that’s affordable!

Very clean. Fresh food. Most of the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Dining area is quite large, so there’s plenty of seating. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Would recommend 10/10.
