DO NOT ORDER HERE!!
This is the only dominos closest to Newport/ kirkwood area before you have to go Wilmington/ Newark.
And WHEN I TELL YOU for YEARSSSS they cannot get anything right…I mean it with everything in my soul.
I lost count using all 10 fingers on how many times I’ve gotten sick/ order is wrong or I waited over a hour for my food.
I’m convinced this is the worst location around to order dominos.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I don’t understand why we have people making food who cannot follow a step by step order on a screen/paper. It’s not hard….there are plenty of people out there who actually need a job and who will do it the right way.
If you ever order dominos the only safe ones are on Polly Drummond and Salem church rd.. my guys at Polly Drummond always make it perfect.. this location needs SERIOUS WORK!!
Oh and the other review that said the staff is rude and doesn’t answer the phone…is very much true…they really don’t care . Just shut it down if you cant hire more than one driver and cook.

This was delivered today, I attempted to call the store to rectify with no avail waited 20 minutes before I decided to just give up. Obviously not what is advertised, order was under cooked, flat, flavorless. I want a refund and unable to contact the store via phone. So hopefully cooperate sees the “quality check” which is laughable if there product.

This was by far the worst location I have ever dealt with. I normally order from the Polly Drummond Hill Rd store, but since this one was closer I decided to give it a try, and that was a HUGE mistake.
I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and a classic garden salad. The pizza was just okay, but the salad was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was wilted, brown, and completely inedible. I took it back, and the person who handed me the order (who I assume was the manager) refused at first to refund just the salad. Instead, he insisted on replacing it but the second salad though better looking was just as bad, with mushy, slimy onions.
When I asked for just the salad to be refunded, he flat-out told me it was impossible and that the ONLY way I could get a refund was if I returned the entire order, including the pizza. The problem was my kids were already in the car eating the pizza! I explained that to him, but he still insisted. So, I had no choice but to pull the pizza away from my children, bring back what they were eating, and return it just to get my money back.
This was not only an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, but also a huge inconvenience for my family. My kids were upset because they had to stop eating so I could bring the pizza back for a refund.
The way this situation was handled was beyond disappointing. Horrible food quality, zero customer service, and a complete lack of common sense or care for the customer experience. I will never order from this location again.

The best Pizza and the best service and the atmosphere is very terrific and I have a suggestion for Domino’s to make bigger and more larger pizzas for example square pizzas and party pizzas to grow the income even more

I had to file a police report because the GM wanted to have a screaming match inside and outside the establishment. Furthermore, she threatened me with “people” coming to my apt and commiting violence.
She took the cold pizza I returned and refused to replace it.
The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment EVER.

This has to be the worst location. Not a single person in there actually cares about doing things right. Katherine is so rude it’s unbelievable. I guess being a pizza maker has her in a bad mood daily or it’s the lack of customer interaction she gets, who knows, but saying wow to the customer when YOU messed up the order shows your attitude towards the job itself. You can’t ever get a refund either all Dominos does it try to give you free pizza that won’t be made right again and again if you order from this store for sure. They also don’t know what “well done” means… They look at you like you have 3 heads when you tell them it’s not “well done”… that means cook it longer

I placed a delivery order @4pm. Order said would be 15 to 27 mins… I start calling after that time NO ONE answered the phone. It’s now after 5pm and still on hold with store. I grab my keys and bag because I’m about to to pull up to store. I open my door and my orders are on the GROUND at my door blowing in the wind!! They never have the best service, but this one was the worst! Order late and cold after I spent my hard earned money with a tip.. they need to shut down…NEVER AGAIN!!!
