I ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito among other items, and it was disgusting. If I remember correctly, I asked the staff for the chicken to be fresh, and guess what? It was absolutely garbage. I didn’t even eat the sandwich, and I took pictures of it. I paid almost 6 dollars for this, and this is a big issue at this branch. Every time I order these types of limited edition sandwiches, they turn out to be disgusting. Please do something; it’s not professional at all.

I order drive through pick up , stay in line 30 min wind they weee so slow than parked my car and went inside, guy said I don’t know when my order get reddy and the told me to go back to car line, such unprofessional. I came here after work to get food because I was craving Taco Bell, I ordered inside and I had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come out there was about 15 people also waiting for their food and overheard a group of teens waiting for 50 minutes and left when the girl at the front told her it was still being prepared
The service was terrible no communication what so ever between the customers inside waiting and between the staff to see what order was done. Disappointing but I won’t be coming here again with how the staff acts

Very bad experience! I ordered a Chalupa and after eating it, I had a bad stomach problem. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. I usually like Taco Bell, but this time it was really disappointing. Be careful — they need to check the food quality before serving customers. Not coming back anytime soon

Place is clean, the bathrooms didn’t smell and people were keeping it moving. I personally think the ordering kiosk is a pain, but we knew this was coming. As far as the food it was just like I expected. Had a few soft shell and hard shell. I left full.

Worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. And I have tried to give them a chance, I recently moved and they are super close to my house. The first time I went I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, I always get all of my orders supreme with steak, however that day I was told that they have run out of the steak because I had order Doritos fiesta Loco‘s tacos and according to them the tacos took over the remainder of the steak they had. Since it was later in the night I let it go and I said it was OK to give me the crunch wrap supreme with ground beef but when I got home there was no ground beef or steak or anything except lettuce tomatoes and sour cream inside of my crunch wrap supreme. The second time I went they also ran out of steak, and they totally forgot to include a crunchy taco and a Chalupa in my whole order which was charged and paid for and the receipt but no worries to be found within my bags. I just got home from giving them their third last chance, from now on I’ll be going to the second Taco Bell location closest to me which is a whole prime or minutes away but I rather a better experience. Today I realize they had this new specialty naked chicken Chalupa taco which is a taco made out of chicken shell I specifically asked what was it about and I was told it was a chicken shell breaded inside it was cheese guacamole or avocado tomatoes and a little bit of lettuce I ordered two of them, one for my husband and one for myself, when I started eating mine I complained that there was no avocados, and he said what avocados? there wasn’t any avocados in mines either. The rest of my tacos which I order with steak as I usually do we’re quite salty and my husband said of course they forgot the sour cream and it is constantly that they keep messing up orders they keep messing up products they keep messing up everything and it’s a very unpleasant experience. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because I realize in the review section that this is not an uncommon practice and it’s happened to me three times. I understand that sometimes things get a bit crazy when it comes to fast food restaurants, I worked in some during my undergrad so I can understand, however this is a very nice area, all restaurants and shops have been incredibly pleasing and so well servicing except this particular Taco Bell, and it’s bothersome that they don’t have the basic decency to review and check and provide the best product they can there wasn’t even a line behind me there wasn’t even cars in front of me I went at 4 PM on a Saturday, they had no rush.

WORST tacobell ever. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE TACO BELL LOVER. they don’t prepare food with standard that Taco Bell franchise has set. Ordered $40 worth of food with online order of Mild, Hot, and Fire sauces, 25 each. And got 0 in the bag. This Taco Bell manager is so cheap that they don’t even give sauces to save money for themselves.
AVOID this restaurant at any cost even if they give you free food, because free food won’t be worth it for your health. I don’t TRUST the Manager, Chris, because he didn’t apologize and said they keep sauces in a container in the restaurant which they don’t, I saw them empty.
Take a look at the pictures of the food, I don’t see anything but beans on Cheesy Bean and Ricr Burrito. Chalupa SUPREME had so much beans in it that it didn’t taste like Chalupa.
I would spend money at Qdoba or Chipotle rather than Taco Bell.

Five stars for the Milltown Taco Bell! This location is consistently on point and delivers a fantastic experience every time. The food is always fresh and hot, and my order has been correct without fail. The staff here is super friendly and efficient, whether I’m going through the drive-thru or heading inside. They’re quick, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The restaurant is always clean, which is a huge plus, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s a reliable spot for a quick, delicious, and affordable meal. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area looking for great service and great food!
