Usually I always get the nutelloco, but since I wanted to try a smoothie this time the lovely girl at the counter suggested the tidal wave smoothie. Now it’s I added it to my playa favorites, so good. Additionally, playa was slammed with people and the staff were still just as nice and helpful!

I got the Nutaya Bowl with half pitaya base and coconut base and oh my heavens, it was so yummy. Replace the cacao nibs for strawberries if you’d like and wow. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, they’re also very helpful with recommendations! Will be coming again

Love the service and the staff is helpful since the menu is so humongous. I like the oatmeal the best but the new tidal wave is very good. Hopefully it will stay on the overly large menu.

I got the Stupid Cupid (the name alone is adorable), and it was sooo good. Everything tasted super fresh and it was actually really filling. Every once in a while the base can be a little tart, but honestly it’s still delicious and I keep coming back. One of my favorites at Playa Bowls!

I tried 2 of their bowels, taste good, but honestly not great. I personally like their Acai stuff, a bit new and different.
Their ingredients are very good and in healthy sides.
Downside? High price, 4 bowels cost me more than 51$, not including any tips and taxes. Their cheapest item, as long as I remember, starts from 7$, which is a simple smoothie.
So if you are on a tight budget, better to avoid it, ( with less than 50$ you can buy 2 large pizzas and one side to feed a family of 4).
Other than that, there were young employees, nice and polite, and their service was fast.

We need to have more fresh “fast food” restaurants like this! Fresh, healthy delicious! The staff is very friendly and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl. I want more of these to pop up because I will be spending all my money in this store! Even my kids who don’t like much love this place!

Playa Bowls are usually consistent across the board. This one was great, fast, and clean. Wasn’t busy but limited parking. Prices are equivalent to getting a combo meal at a fast food restaurant and these are intended to be a meal replacement not a snack or dessert. I would definitely go back.

Healthy and guilt free drink stop. It is situated in Reston town center and sell everything vegetarian fruit and nut milk bowls and smoothies. They also sell freshly squeezed juices. They sell oatmeal, chia pudding, granola bowl too. You can always customize your food if you wanna do. The place is Hawaiian themed with chipped and rough wooden texture. There is pretty good seating inside and outside too. They take Apple Pay or tap too. The staff is all young teens i guess. We ordered a large smoothie and they billed us too for that. After taking more than 20minutes to make one smoothie they gave us medium sized one. We came back and asked that we ordered large size so the staff took the medium sized smoothie diluted it in large glass and gave it back. It was kind of weird for me. But apart from that the taste was amazing. It was naturally sweet due to fruits and nut milk. We tried dolce and aloha smoothie. Now i have a corner to drink cool healthy guilt free drink in summer.
