This is THE BEST Wendy’s within 50miles! The service is always 10/10. The cleanest store I’ve ever seen! The food is Always Fresh & Hot! Their fries are perfectly cooked with crisp and have the perfect amount of salt on it! I am willing to drive the distance to this store and eat..I’ve been here 5x and every time I go..I’m gladly satisfied! Wish I had photos but I eat my food so fast

Food, wouldn’t know atmosphere, not a clue. service, I received none. I am standing out front waiting for the lobby to open. I had to stop someone on what I assume was a smoke break not even two hrs into shift to ask the store operational hrs. I was informed at this point that the lobby is usually open at 7 but since there are only 3 people working this morning they do not have the ability to open the lobby…… Okay well the the next thing would be to inform me when to expect the lobby open. right…….. No!! They preceaded to walk right past me to go in. The icing on my morning cake is the drive through is literally empty. so I wait. Standing in the cold waiting for someone to lead inspire motivate or proclamate a solution because I’m not going back to my wife that just finished pulling her 6th 12 hr shift in a row empty handed. Well not completely empty I would have the excuse of, well wendys couldn’t get it together sorry honey bunny . We are just built differen. I will wait all day for her food if need be. This isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last. This facility needs leadership and accountability. I can only hope someone capable has the opportunity to read this. At this point my moneys going to huddle House it is now 7.55

Picked up food in the drive through today, we got all our food and it looked and tasted good. However when I asked for sauce before I pulled away the lady at the window ( I am guessing she is a manager or supervisor because she had a blue shirt) was super rude. She acted like it was costing her to get the sauces for me. I thought this Wendy’s had gotten better with customer service but apparently not. And if she is gonna treat a customer this way, then how is she treating her staff.

Rude drive-through. Doesn’t want to do their job, doesn’t put any sauces in the bag, rushes you and tells you you have to ask for sauces at the window but then act like you’re the problem when you ask for the sauce at the window like you’re holding up the line which wouldn’t happen if they would just put the sauce that goes with stuff in the bag like they’re supposed to. Tries to push you away instead of listening, talk about you like you’re cheap for asking for what is supposed to come with your order, when they’re being lazy and cheap by not just giving you what is supposed to come with the order. Can’t slow down, more focused on pushing you away and getting to all the people in the line behind you then giving you the stuff that comes with your order. If I dine in at Wendy’s, I can get as much ketchup as I want with my fries because it’s free when you pay for the fries. Ketchup should come with fries and hamburgers when you order it in the drive thru. A sour cream and chives baked potato comes with sour cream and butter but they won’t put it in the bag then when you have to ask for it, they roll their eyes at you and talk about you inside Like it’s your fault when they think and act like children who don’t realize that they’re causing the issue. So rude and unprofessional every time.

I love this Wendy’s for so many reasons. For one it’s in my favorite town of Hahira, Ga. And the rest is the staff of course. They keep this place so neat and clean inside and out. They always greet you with the biggest smiles.

Food was very fresh and hot. Chocolate frosty kinda tasted like strawberry, not sure if its me or the machine. This is a newer wendys with all the modern touches. Bathroom could use a cleaning but not too bad. Check out the photos.

I want to like this Wendy’s but out of the 20 times we have gone, 19 times do they forget something. Fries, burgers, nuggets, something is always left out. Frustrating I have to check the bags every single time to make sure that the food paid for and ordered is actually put in the bags.

Order thru drive through. I Order the family size Chili A LOT. I have to constantly… remind them to make sure my bucket is full. They says they have a limit to a fill line”. There are times I’ve gotten home to feed my family with only a half bucket of chili. Which is why I ALWAYS remind them. When you Order a family size bucket of chili, it should be FULL. I can understand an inch from the top. But. It’s to feed family. We love your chili!

The older lady in the drive thru needs to work on her customer service. My order was 8.08 I handed her a 20. She only gave me a 1 dollar bill back so I told her that I should have more change than that and she was really rude and said “I could have sworn you handed me a 10 but whatever” so it’s my fault ur blind.

Best customer service I have received at a Wendys. I always purchase through the mobile app. The order was ready when I got there and I was greeted at both windows with a friendly face. My jalapeno popper salad was fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend visiting this Wendy’s for a great experience and a delicious meal.
