I think I upset the cooks by requesting grilled onions because the online app does not have that option. Extremely skimpy with the chili, next no cheese or onions. The tator tots tasted undercooked. Hot dog also tasted undercooked

Sometimes, not enough employees working to provide car hop service.
It’s frustrating when ordering just a drink but the people ahead of you have a large order and you have to wait.
They should ask drive-thru orders getting more than just a drink to pull into a space or circle around, so those waiting for only a drink can get theirs before the ice melts.
Food is overpriced and usually greasy+, unfortunately. Could be so much better, with minimal effort.
It’s difficult to find good help when the company pays so little. Guessing the employees don’t have a lot of motivation. However, most are usually friendly.

Came here on the new year day 01-01-2021 as a drive-in. We have taken medium fires and Tots, Mozzarella sticks and strawberry milk shake.
Food is good. Eating hot stuff on the snowy day is good experience.
People at store is customer friendly.

I hope Sonic isn’t changing its limeades, my favorite part is getting limes and strawberry bits with the ice at the end and this one didn’t have any as slow as services was, it didn’t live up to the wait and it wasn’t busy or anything either

Don’t waste your money like I did. Went through the drive thru at 1:32pm, (only have one other customer there), on Tuesday 8/19, ordered a double bacon cheese burger and tots.
Burger patties were burnt so much, hard on the edges and only had one piece of bacon on it, seemed like they cut it in half to make it seem like there was two pieces. Also the bacon was burnt.

This Sonic is almost the worst one ever. While in Oklahoma City, the home to Sonic Drive Ins, we visited 2 of these Drive Ins. The second one was down by the Capital. After waiting 5 minutes for them to answer the push of the Red Button,,,, we just left without ordering. This one on exit 122 shut down their drive thru by blocking the drive way, no sign. We pulled into an open stall and it had a sign. Service was slow and the drink was watered down some how. Their only saving grace was the Hop named SON, she helped and solved our issue like it really mattered to her. SON you are the greatest and the only reason we will return to your Drive In.

First time I got a #1 and the burger was literally crunchy. It had to of been hours old. Last time I got a chicken dinner. I only asked for honey mustard, didn’t get it. Also didn’t get gravy or an onion ring. I even tipped the car hop. What a waste of time & money. Don’t bother with this store, they weren’t even busy
