Reviews
the lychee martini and mezcal palawan (with jalapeño) were both very good. the martini was super strong.
We were also impressed by Carly, the general manager, who stopped by our table to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine care for the guests really stood out. It’s clear she takes pride in creating an exceptional dining experience.
With outstanding service from both Austin and Carly, we’ll continue to return for all of our future celebrations. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service!
Our favorites were:
– Miso Glazed Salmon
– oysters
– shrimp appetizer (I forgot the name but we liked it so much we got a Sedona order)
– the lobster bao bun was great
– angry muscles were also interesting, especially if you are a kimchi fan
We were celebrating my moms birthday and the staff surprised us with mochi and a candle, I didn’t even ask for it.
Overall highly recommend, 100% worth the trek if you are not in the neighborhood.
The lobster bao buns were light and buttery, pretty good overall
We had mussels and salmon as an entree which were also good but the appetizers stole the show. This was the first time I had bok choy and it’s definitely something I’ll be eating again!
Espresso martinis weren’t my favorite but my preference is something a little bit sweeter
Overall great experience and I’ll be sure to stop by again for their happy hour!
The only drawback was the shucking: most oysters arrived with quite a bit of shell debris and were mangled on the half shell. For a raw bar, we expected a little more finesse (no one likes to bite and pick out shell fragments, haha), though it may have simply been an inexperienced shucker on duty that day.
Even so, the quality, value, and overall vibe more than make up for it. We’ll absolutely be back. Still a five-star spot in our book.
