The male cashier Emanny? (could not see his name very well) was very nice and helpful when it came to my questions about the menu. The food however was not good, the cooks in the back were just talking and there was a huge line waiting for their food. I don’t know if I came off as a non spanish speaking person but the two girls in the back cooking were bad mouthing me and my family that were with me. They kept giving us dirty looks and were just overall slow with the orders. I also overheard them body shaming the boy cashier and it was very upsetting to witness and left a bad taste in my mouth besides the nasty food I spent so much on.

Drove to the falls to get some churros and in so many years getting churros from churro mania they give us the dulce de leche on the side, we said that we didn’t ordered like that and the employee said “I thought thats how you wanted “ instead of just fixing the problem at the moment, selling churros is not brain surgery, I can imagine the owner asking why sales go down sometimes.

I just wanted to get a bottle of Pepsi and the price was $3.50 something and they said i needed cash? Seriously not all people have cash on them especially nowadays that we have Apple Pay and all those other wireless payments it’s ridiculous. They need to have more than just cash only if someone wants to get only just a drink.

Make sure you have a decent amount of time to spend here. I ordered a cup of churros, which came out to $18, which is a little wild, but ok whatever, it’s a rip off but i wanted a treat. What was really wild was I waited 23 minutes for that cup. There were 4 people in front of me waiting, so it took them 23 minutes to serve people, including me. You can’t take close to half an hour to hand someone a cup of churros but then also charge a ridiculous price for it.

I paid >$62 including an $8 tip and the employee got my ice cream order wrong and didn’t want to fix the order and after finally fixing it she gave an attitude while handing it over. Customer service here needs improvement…
