I had ordered a coffee with my food order and what I got was mostly milk. Someone else picked up the order for me so they didn’t think anything of it, but I have gotten their coffee before and it has never looked like this. It’s disappointing because I paid money for this but this issue wasn’t caught before the order was picked up. Next time, I’d appreciate it if they noticed the coffee looked odd, to remake it.

This Taco Bell location has the best atmosphere and staff! They are so friendly and welcoming!!! Shane, Ariana, Ash, Rocko, Marcos, and Nicolas and Aliyah give the best service and hospitality. Please give them a raise! I’m a loyal Taco Bell customer but Taco Bell Inc. please lessen the cheese on your menu. Otherwise, this location is amazing!

This spot is spacious, clean, and bright. They have seating layout to accommodate different dining needs and the aesthetics aren’t over the top. The associates are friendly and attentive. It is not busy, and food is prepared quickly, consistently accurate, and presentable. This is a spot I’ll gladly revisit.

I went inside to make a small order. The order-kiosk is not fun. They insisted i use it.
Unfortunately, the quesadilla was a huge disappointment.
The crunchy tacos were oily and flavorless.

Ash served me late one night 30 minutes before close and had the best attitude, helped me understand my rewards, the menu and its offerings, and even successfully upsold me in a kind and genuine way, which is huge because I rarely give in to upsales! I’m happy with the deal I got and this restaurant. Appreciate the crew who keeps it open til 3 AM on a Tuesday morning, y’all real for serving me my late craving.

I got to tell you the price has definitely gone up over the years and most recently but their food is always good lots of selections and reasonable time spent in the drive-thru well I am very happy to see the Mexican pizza back I do wish I would have caught the chicken empanada which was already gone maybe next time

Decided to dine in and haven’t ate in a Taco Bell in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was.
We ordered through the kiosk and thought the staff was just going to ignore us. They went out of their way to say hi, let us know our order was on the way, and wished us a nice day in the kindest way. So they made every interaction so nice!
The food was fresh and delicious. I don’t live in Bakersfield but I know this Taco Bell would quickly become my go to place.
