The location is in a strip mall. The inside has newer menus since I was last there, and my order was taken fairly quickly. They had a good deal on the catfish filet combo and the mozzarella sticks I ordered. The wings were high but priced cheaper than a few spots I know of.
I waited 15-20 min. The food was hot. My mozzarella sticks and fries were average but good and tasted fresh. I would go back and have them again. I was told the catfish and chicken were both good.
All-in-all a decent experience. I’d go back.

Paid for 2 of the 2 pc catfish specials for $7.99 + tax. Waited almost 25 minutes. The cashier was also the cook and the only one there! Got home to eat & the fish was not cooked long enough. Very slimy and tasted like old cooking oil! Get some good help in this place and add some kindness and better service attitude. I saw the ‘Now Hiring Cashier’ sign at the window but don’t just hire anybody! This place could definitely do much better with quality of food AND service considering the location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the woman who answered the phone about pricing for Catfish and Jack Salmon and rudeness doesn’t began to start to describe her attitude. First, she mentioned something I didn’t say, then she began to take the time to tell me without a doubt in her mind that I did say it. Note there was so much noise in her background that perhaps she heard what wasn’t spoken.
She was so rude and nasty, that when I asked to speak with a manager. First she said hold on. After holding on she later she said he wasn’t there, call back.
Never had this restaurant’s food and because of the poor service never will. I prefer to pay more money for a clean environment, good food and pleasant customer service. Therefore, my family and I took our business somewhere else. Frank’s Fish House. Great fish and excellent customer service.

The cashiers pay attention when you order. After only two visits, when I went the third time, the cashier told me my order and said I was a day early. I also ordered a pan of chicken for my mom’s 50th Birthday Party, although their prices have gone up, (what restaurant hasn’t), the food is still good, the cashiers are friendly, provide service with a smile, and make you feel like family. My mom is 61 now and I still enjoy eating here.

Sketchy location, but the food and costumer service was very good. They have very good deals! Chicken is cooked to perfection. The kitchen and cooks area is very clean. Cooks even wear gloves. You get A LOT for your money!

I ordered over the phone. Exceptional customer service. The woman on the phone was able to make my food just in time for me to eat dinner. I was over at my Auntie’s house and she asked me to grab the fish and crabfish combo. The freshest, crunchiest, beautiful real fish taste i’ve ever had in my life. this is not your average out the box fry pan joint. This is real food here. I enjoyed every bite and juice off the bone of it. I will be coming back here. Oh also, the Hot sauce is REAL. love this place.
