I stopped at Bojangles for lunch and I’m glad I did. The service was fast and my 4pc tenders seasoned fries & biscuit was fresh. However their Sweet Tea was low and had to get Unsweetened Tea but nothing a little sugar added can fix.

I’m a frequent visitor of this location. The food is always fresh & staff is polite. I stopped by for breakfast this morning. To my surprised I was charge .30 cents for bbq sauce because it isn’t lunch time. The frustrating part is I was told because it wasn’t lunch time. Once I checked my receipt I saw I was charged for tomato not bbq sauce. If you sell a Cajun chicken patty for breakfast why charge for condiments?? This might sound petty to some but this is the overwhelming fleecing of customers. Add that up by the customer by the day , over a year. Not a good look. $11-$15 bucks a day to eat here adds up. If you can’t give a customer a single cup of bbq sauce maybe it’s time I go to a small business rather than a chain. Congrats on losing a long term customer over some sauce.

This is not a real Bojangles! I repeat this is not a real Bojangles! This place does not sell chicken. They only sell chicken strips so anything that they could make with chicken strips that’s what you will get! With that being said, the food was lackluster and very disappointing. I wish they will put something to let people know that they do not sell chicken at this establishment! Now let’s get to the service you would have thought that we were bothering her! Her customer service was just like the food lackluster! The only reason why I ate here was because I drove 30 minutes to a Bojangles that I thought sold chicken! This location is inside of a truckstop! The chicken strips was dry. The biscuits were dry. Everything was dry! I will not be returning to this location.

This was our first time visiting Bojangles in Jacksonville. We have five orders, and it was terrible. The tenders was not fresh at all and hard. I wanted a milkshake, but of course the milkshake Machine was down. Even though it’s a fast food, it’s too expensive for not getting fresh food, especially when I asked and they said it was fresh and it wasn’t

This was my first Bojangles experience. They were out of dirty rice. The chicken tenders were good, a little more batter than I’d like however. The biscuits were good, my friend had the peach cobbler one and liked it as well. The mac and cheese has zero flavor.

Bojangles was definitely better than Popeyes in my opinion. The dirty rice was so flavorful and seasoned just right. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I also loved their sauces because they added the perfect kick to everything. It was my first time trying Bojangles and I was really impressed.

Why have a drive through window if you rarely use it. I’m here 1-2 a week. Food and service are usually good. But it’s a 50/50 chance the drive up window is working. They say please come in side. WHY. you go inside you can see 3-4 workers. Rarely is there any customer at the counter. Why can’t you use the drive up window. I think it’s lazy management.
There is no ligit reason not to have the drive up window working. There is little to no parking because most is taken up by homeless people sleeping and living in their cars in the parking lot. The owners need to fix this problem. It’s not once in a while. It’s every week.

OPEN THE DRIVE UP SERVICE.

Ordered Bo Rounds with seasoned salt and sweet tea with no ice. Repeated this and even asked if they added the seasoned salt. After leaving I realize they did not put seasoned salt on the Bo Rounds and they put ice in the tea.
