Just a few things:
– The older man who was our cashier today gave us probably the best customer service we’ve had in a while. A genuinely gentle and kind man, a very good first impression for the business. I saw that another customer had a problem with a sandwich not arriving yet, and he handled it with grace and helped him the best he could.
– atmosphere was very calm and homey, accompanied with a beautiful mural on the wall. A nice place to chit chat and catch up with people, felt very intimate.
– food was pretty good, I got the meatball sub and my fiancé got the Idaho spicy italian. My meatball sub was lacking in flavor, the meatballs tasted like they were pre-frozen from the store, not made in house. But the sauce was decent. My fiance says his Idaho spicy Italian was absolutely delicious, although he didn’t taste any of the “spicy” in it at all.
Overall a 4/5!

The food is always a delicious as I remember! It’s a small place but lots of seating. I had the Italian and my son had the French dip. Definitely worth the drive out there.

My co worker and I each ordered a sub. I had the French dip. He had the Italian. I placed the order ahead of time. I waited 20 min and when I got there I had to wait a bit longer. The first thing I noticed was how disgustingly dirty it was. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was grime on all surfaces. The swinging doors that entered the kitchen were black with grime. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months.
I finally got the sandwiches and took them to go. I wasn’t sure I should eat the food knowing how the placed looked. But we’re risk takers, so we dove in. The Italian was dry, but over all it had good flavor. The French dip was good. Good flavor. Good amount. I just struggled with the cleanliness.

We ordered 2 large sandwiches totalling 37$ and change. We handed the unkempt looking worker a 50 dollar bill. She said she could not take 50’s or 100 ‘s..I said ..you don’t have 12$ in your till for change?. Yes but our policy is no large bills

We ordered 4 sandwiches tonight. There was no cheese and the bread was either old or overbaked. Every bite we took the bread would crumble everywhere. This is not the first time this has happened. This place used to be so good under the previous owner, never had a bad sandwich. We had someone from out of town, telling him how good it is. Very disappointing.

Our food was fantastic! It came out fast and fresh. Bread was absolutely perfect! We would 100% eat here again. If you are too much of a high maintenance person the tidiness may bother you but you will not be let down by the grinders.

Grinders were really good size but were hit and miss. Mine was alright (besides being a bit greasy) (got the turkey and cheese) but my husband got food poisoning from his (italian combo). Dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Food came out relatively fast.

Had a quick lunch today at Mancino’s. I ordered the turkey & swiss grinder and added lettuce. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the bread was both fluffy and perfectly crisp! Service was friendly and prompt.

Nice and quiet little place. I’m just curious about my sandwich I had the bread was screaming hot but the contents on the inside were cold . I’m also a little concerned about the health safety. I only mentioned this because the gal handling my food didn’t wash her hands after taking my order and then prepared it herself. And then when she came back out to doodle on her project. When she went back in she because the timer for my sandwich went off, she didn’t wash her hands again. Oh the cup of chilli I had was good.
