Absolutely amazing food and service!
Piazza 27 is my new favorite pizza spot! The food is always fresh and full of flavor — especially the chicken tenders, baked ziti, and Alfredo pasta. The pizza crust is perfect every time, their pizza cheese is super delicious, and the staff are super friendly and quick with orders. You can really tell they put love into what they do. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want great food and good vibes!
Highly recommend Piazza27 for anyone who loves great Italian comfort food!

Piazza 27 is a casual pizza & Italian spot in Mount Vernon that’s all about satisfying big cravings any time of day — especially late at night. They’ve got a huge menu beyond just pizza, with hefty sandwiches, wings, pasta, and plenty of comfort-food favorites, plus customizable pies made with dough they toss in-house.
I really enjoy their hand-made garlic knots — warm, buttery, and garlicky, worth the wait even when they’re busy. The pizza itself comes out cheesy and flavorful with a crunchy crust, and the wings — like lemon pepper — have great seasoning.
That said, it can be a bit of a mixed experience: service isn’t always the quickest, and a few orders haven’t matched the menu descriptions for some visitors.
Overall, it feels like a fun, relaxed place for a casual bite with friends or a late-night slice — just go in with a chill, easygoing vibe.

We asked for Chicken Masala and ended up getting chicken Alfredo !?? Got a quesadilla & I’ve never in my life bit into a quesadilla and tasted absolutely nothing before.. this is a first. The food is flavorless, nasty and thrown together like it’s someone’s first time cooking… I don’t see how this place is still open, everything I ordered I could’ve made at home.

When my friend and I ordered garlic knots, we were ready to be in and out within 5 minutes. We had arrived close to closing and were looking for a quick bite. When 20 minutes had gone by, we were a bit upset. We were the only ones there so what was taking so long?? Turns out it was well worth the wait. BEST garlic knots I’ve ever freaking had. The reason it took so long was because these must be handmade (at least it tasted like it) and not some frozen garlic knots that were microwaved. Warm, doughy, and garlicky – everything you could wish for.
If I come again, I’ll definitely be sure to order another set of knots!!

This is place is so bad it’s not even funny I went the first time for garlic bread like I saw on previous reviews freshly baked and when I got my order I received an old piece of a sub roll with butter and garlic powder put together with no effort the bread was hard not even soft I couldn’t even eat it smh. Another time at work the guests would sometimes order pizza from there and to my surprise it was good but when I go and order my pizza comes out burnt and the skinny tall guy behind the counter that seems very inexperienced and slow tries to tell me “do you mind extra crispy?” Smh thank god I looked at it because it looked burnt black edges not crispy this restaurant and this man working behind the counter are terrible also I’ve seen mice running across the lobby while waiting for my food and another time I went for chicken tenders I figure you can’t mess up deep frying chicken tenders but to my surprise he did smh not cooked all the way this guy is terrible and small portions expensive I don’t not recommend this place at all matter fact I recommend anyone that’s hungry and o not visit this restaurant ever in your life!!!!

Second time here and both visits were great. Pizza is tasty. The end crust is very crunchy and flavorful. The 16 inch for $3 more gave us an extra meal. It wouldn’t even fit in the 12 inch box. Plenty of seating for dine in.

I went on a late Sunday night it was empty that should have been my cue to go somewhere else. Unfortunately in this neighborhood nothing is open too late and I needed to eat so I went here. I got chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was about 25$ the portion wasn’t small but it was about 17$ worth of food imo. It laxkes flavor was greasy and had no vegtables at all and im 100% sure I got food poisoning from eating it. So I would never return to this place again.

The food we got was different from what was listed on the menu online and from the images (shrimp cheese steak listed only shrimp- not steak and I got both but don’t eat steak) Went back to exchange it and got the right food but the guy was very confused and frustrated that I was asking for what was listed in the menu. Got home and opened my salad and it was completely rotted and smelled horrible and I had to throw the whole thing away. Then ate the shrimp cheesesteak and it was simply not good- wouldn’t recommend.

We were actually on our way to another pizza place when we saw this on the corner and decided to stop. It was a nice day so we sat on one of their two outdoor tables. Service was friendly and efficiently, though it helped the place was empty, which was surprising at lunch on a Saturday. I wanted a fresh pizza but instead ordered three slices of their already-made New York-style. They were large so it was nice that they cut each slice in half. I recommend it!

Came to Baltimore for a convention, and needed a food spot open after midnight. The service wasn’t that great, but the food made up for it. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. And the lemon pepper wings… I don’t prefer wings at all, but these would definitely make me a believer. Nice size wings, they were seasoned to perfection, had a nice crispy crust and flavorful on the inside. The guy in the kitchen did his thing, for sure. Definitely recommend.
