Read the reviews before I came and went against my better judgement. Got food with the mobile order pickup got to the airport to eat it and no silverware or napkins!? Who the hell doesn’t put any of that in the bag when you order mobile? Like is that a joke? 16 dollars down the drain and in the trash because everything is closed here 8pm and can’t take it through security. Good thing I tipped tho! Don’t come here! Trust the reviews !

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A MORE DISGUSTING CHIPOTLE! We love chipotle and have it quite often in our hometown. THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTING THE COUNTER WHERE THEY PREPARED OUR FOOD WAS DISGUSTING – THERE WERE ABOUT 8 -10 workers there and no one cleaned a thing they were standing around . They were not busy at all with maybe 8 guests in dining room. . Food was cold chicken was cold, asked for chips and he said “we ain’t doing those tonight” – first time in my life I’ve never been able to order chips. THE GARBAGE WAS LEAKING INTO THE RESTAURANT AREA WHERE YOU SIT! WILL NEVER EVER STOP HERE AGAIN – better not get food poisoning! Will also call manager as I can’t believe they have a license to operate like this- shameful

Every single table was dirty. I’m not exaggerating. It’s 3:45 pm and I’m the only one in the store. There were about 8–9 employees, and not a single one of them was gonna wipe the tables down. I sat in the store and ate. Watched one guy take out his phone and some outside hanging out. One guy in the back touching his face and rubbing his beard. I told one of the workers all the tables were dirty, and he wiped off one — lol, kind of hilarious. When I picked up my order, the cashier looked like she absolutely hated being there. You’d think the owner or general manager would try doing something different, with most of the reviews on here being one star. The food was not good either.

I had to wait several minutes for them to open the window in the pick up lane today while my food sat made on the shelf getting cold. I also had a customer behind me honking at me. Very unimpressed. I understand being busy but not taking 20 seconds to open the pick up window and hand someone their food is ridiculous.

30 people arrived at the same time to order food. The line moved very quickly and the service was outstanding very impressed with how they handled the wave of people. Perfectly portioned DID NOT SKIMP OUT. Very friendly and fast service 10/10

I normally love Chipotle. But on this one day when I went there after ordering online they said they were closed at 11am because someone quit and they didn’t know how to run the grill. Maybe train all your employees to run the grill or don’t open the app for orders if you aren’t open.

This location has yet to get an order correct. We’ve complained, and Chipotle has given us credits. However, we just want our food order to be correct. Today, sour cream, green salsa, and fajita veggies were all missing from my order. They ignored my request for extra salsa and extra lettuce. My daughter ordered extra fajita veggies and received none. She ordered light hot sauce and they put the regular amount. The chicken was burned in both orders. Sooooooo much white rice, and I ordered brown. Also, our chips were dark brown. I will call Chipotle again, but we will be ordering from a different store from now on. Gordon Ramsey would be fuming.

Been here 15+ times and I can say that maybe 2 times out of all those times I’ve ever actually been satisfied. Added refried beans in one of our bowls for our pickup order and they didn’t include them, didn’t mention to me that they were out of them. They clearly just don’t care about their customers experience.

First time at this location: Tables, condiment counter, bathrooms were ALL dirty. The silverware container was full of water. One employee was eating/chewing behind the counter while serving customers. While ordering food, they were out of white rice, and they scraped the hard pinto beans from the bottom of the pan. The brown rice was hard, and the chicken tasted flavorless and watery.

I just had surgery so I’ve been using the door dash app to be able to get food. Spent $22 plus extra cash tip so a total of $25 for the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. I ordered steak with fajita veggies and unfortunately they forgot the veggies, on top of that the quesadilla was made so poorly alll the ingredients weren’t even spread out. Anytime I’ve visited this location in the pass, yes the service was usually slow and rude but at least the food was okay, but after this delivery I would not recommend going back. Looking at the other reviews I can tell everyone else has similar issues.
