As per the name, lots of great noodle dishes here. Informal setting but good, fast service. Japanese, Thai, Korean, mac and cheese type things. I had the flavorful Rigatoni Rosa with parm chicken and my date had the shrimp scampi. We both enjoyed our dishes!

We really enjoyed our first Noodles and Company experience. Great food. Everything was hot. Everyone got what they wanted. Super nice staff. Manager told us not very many people say Thank You after their meal. Not a difficult thing to do when you have good food!

Clean restrooms and dining area. However, the doors are heavy. If you have a wheelchair, you might struggle with getting through the double doors.

I could easily give them five stars if there was better consistency in the preparation of the dishes. Often my Alfredo Montemore is missing spinach, sometimes there’s a lot of cheese which I really like, sometimes is very little cheese. Sometimes the chicken is crispy which I like, sometimes it’s soft which I don’t like. I’ve taken to ordering in the store so I can ask for it to be prepared to my liking. The crusted chicken is still too salty.

My second visit was perfect. The cashier was checking a customer out when I arrived. She is much more personable than the cashier from my first visit. She greeted me, and after taking my order, explained that when my order is ready she will call my name and set my order at the pickup area. I asked about the oven and she said it’s supposed to be fixed this weekend. None of this happened on my first visit which was cold and transactional. I ordered the Alfredo with crispy chicken and added broccoli. It was so good! I really like the food here. Everything tastes and looks fresh, and the chicken, although a tad salty for my taste, is cooked perfectly. I’m sure I’ll be stopping by weekly. There are several other dishes I would like to try.
I tried this place for the first time after picking up a doordash order and it looked pretty good. The food handling, the restaurant was very clean including the bathroom which I really appreciate. I ordered Cheese Tortelini with crispy chicken. It was quite good and just the right amount of spice. I wanted garlic bread, but the oven wasn’t working.
The weakest point of my visit was the staff. They really didn’t greet anyone or have any sense of friendliness or enthusiasm.
I downloaded the app which offers a free entree after your first purchase so I will try this place again. Hopefully the staff will be more engaging and welcoming because that really does stand out if you’re someone who knows the value of good customer service.

The taste of the food, the options to customize, and the price is still on point. My constant struggle with this location in particular is accuracy. Whenever I try to get my substituted options on my Penne Rosa meal, there is either something missing, or something not taken out. For a while I had no problem in letting the crew fix their mistakes as I love the food, but it has become cumbersome as I am a regular with the same thing always happening, and now to the point where even the district manager informed me thru a crew manager that they will no longer make sure to make my order right. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m making my case in court for food that I give a head’s up every time I visit so I don’t have to go thru this situation constantly. So my 5 star is now a 2, and would be a 1 if it wasn’t for the crew still giving me smiles and food tasting good. I only recommend this place if you make no changes to the set menu (pictures included to show I asked for extra mushrooms, but there were none).
