I asked for 1 barbecue sauce today for my ham n cheese sandwich and was told that I’d have to pay $.28 for one. If I had asked for 2 or 3 I could see the need to pay extra. I now see why your drive thru’s are completely empty after breakfast serving hours are over. The gentleman taking my order kept saying he was sorry as he could tell I was not happy. I have a ten at this an other Hardee’s through out the years, but I’ll just go to McDonald’s or Bojangles for anything from now on!

Normally this location does a great job. I hope it was just a one off because our order was wrong in the drive thru. Went in to get it fixed they fixed it but when I went to eat my biscuit it was very salty and falling apart.

Received order quickly. Hash browns were fresh. My drink was plenty carbonated and delicious, but the chicken on my biscuit must have been cooked in a dehydrator rather than oil. Definitely in the warmer way too long. Staff is kind of bland, neither happy or rude. And the store was empty at the time so the atmosphere was great

My order was wrong so I called and told them I would pick it up the next day. I went in the next day and all I heard was the whole store screaming for directions from “Brian” , who I’m assuming is the manager. The poor kid up front was just trying to get ones, with no avail. He eventually came to the front after the guy up front explaining why he was so far behind. Of course the manager didn’t help. More to come later.

We arrived around 1pm. We walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. All of the employees were huddled in the back laughing and eating and drinking. They never acknowledged us. I know at least one saw us. They never came to take our order. We left and went to their competition down the street. I will never eat here again.
