Came to this cold stone greatly disappointed to say the least. The service was really bad. Kid at the counter barely doing anything or responding. I could tell he was high or under the influence or a substance. Slurred speech, red eyes and short attention span. He would forget the ice cream I wanted and toppings to go with it. Had to keep correcting and practically help him do his job. Gravely disappointed I’m a loyal customer and the service made me rather go to a baskin Robbin’s

Super disappointed. For a “signature creation” the staff couldn’t be bother to put anything into my ice cream. It was supposed to be the Reeses Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce. There are no peanut butter cups and only a hint of the so called awesome sauce.

We always go here when we are craving something sweet & have always had a good experience. We recently got my son’s custom birthday cake here and he did such a great job, looked and tasted great! Will be ordering more bday cakes from here! (The blue icing missing was our fault)

Good ice cream. Just did not appreciate the two girls who were working tonight, both gave attitude. One who served us seemed to be angry that we came in around 9:25 pm for two basic ice cream choices while website says they close at 10 pm. After leaving the building, we stayed in the car to eat our deserts and noticed one of the girls locking both the doors of the restaurant by 9:40 pm. We will still be going back due to delicious ice cream and the fact that we’ve gone here numerous times since it’s been opened and this was the first bad experience with them. Overall the ice cream is a 10/10

I normally get my ice cream cakes from DQ but chose to try cold stone this time wrong choice!! I put two stars due to me coming in person and placing a custom cake order. On the order form you put the cake you want and if you want a special saying or a name which I put a name and it to say happy birthday. They got the happy birthday down but they spelt the name wrong. When asked if it can be fixed they stated yes but it will look smeared. Don’t understand the point of custom ordering a cake filling out a form with the proper spelling to be given a cake with improper spelling. And the icing on the cake was that the own Manager is the one who prepared my cake and misspelled the writing lol Wow just Wow.And there cakes are much more smaller than DQ’s for the same price.

Spent the night in e.r because the put coconut in all 3 orders instead of just the 1 when I was very specific and clear about allergic reactions will be calling and speaking to lawyer ALSO , Since when did CAKE BATTER ICE CREAM HAVE BROWNIES AND COOKIE Dough IN IT??? I could go to any location and get just plane cake batter
