The lady taking orders in the drive thru during the week deserves a raise. Out of all the mc donalds we go to, she is the best. She has never made a mistake on our order. As for the cooks, who forgets tartar sauce on a fish sandwich? Its not that difficult. Check your orders before driving away. We have gotten shorted a sandwich twice in the last 2 weeks. Same guy at the window both times. Do better.

I went to mcdonald’s for breakfast and i order a sausage McMuffin sub the sausage for Canadian bacon and they gave me regular back and this is like the 3rd time this has happened and the guy in the morning who takes my order is very rude and has poor customer service

Arcadia store. Went in for dinner before heading home to Onalaska. Yes it was busy, but there was plenty of opportunity to have someone make a run through the lobby. This was just the drink tower, the trash was overflowing. The overall feel of the store seemed dirty, actually stopped some where else to use the restroom. The food was ok, tried the new bacon fries. I thought it would be better from the advertisement seen on TV, but it was lacking the cheese. Seemed like it was a teaspoon. Would I go back to this location, yes but I would try a different time frame to see if it is any better.

I order to go and went home to eat it and my kids happy meal was a disappointment the fries were all spilled and they were cold
And not even salty and the chicken nuggets only came with 5 instead of 6. Would not recommend to go hear and I also heard that they forgot my extra kids fries and my apple pies.

I stopped for breakfast this morning and was told I couldn’t get any breakfast because they quit serving. It was 10:29 but the kid working the drive through who can barely speak english said it was 10:30 and refused to take my order. When I went inside to talk to the manager, who can barely speak english herself, just looked at me with a blank look on her face. So much for customer service.
