Order was missing 1 out of 3 items. 2 items I did receive were correct though. Was not busy (one customer in line and maybe one other mobile order being prepared) but still took slightly longer than expected. Very average Dunkin, temper your expectations and check your order before leaving.

The new staff has been attentive, i haven’t had any issues with my orders lately, customer service got better.
At this location you pay for a large latte and you get a medium ! This around January or February 2022

It’s that time of year, when there is as much slush inside as there is out. Grey days. But this Dunkin’ has great people working here who, most likely, will make you feel comfortable. Good Dunkin’ coffee and the Iced Tea is tasty, too! And its not a cramped DD. There is plenty of room.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Dunkin’. While the coffee is decent, the service can be hit or miss. On several occasions, my order has been wrong or made incorrectly, which is disappointing. The staff seems overwhelmed during busy hours, and the wait times can be longer than expected. The location itself is fine, but it often feels cluttered and in need of some cleaning. Overall, it’s a convenient stop for a quick caffeine fix, but the inconsistency in service and order accuracy makes it frustrating at times.

Stopped in this location after dropping my kids off at their new school & all I can say is “Wow!” I’ve never been in a Dunkin where the employees are so friendly & kind to the customers. They actually seem like they enjoy their job. I liked my first experience there so much that I stopped in there again & will continue to do so when I’m in the area. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I always appreciate it. The young African-American gentleman working there deserves recognition & a raise!
