Went and got chipotle after class this is a normal routine for me. I ordered online the dude at the window was rude literally didn’t say one word to me! All he did was open the window not a word I told him I had an order for “Tay” he just proceeded to shut the door still not a word he came back and just handed me the bag. So the lack of communication just threw me off. Then as I’m eating my bowl I notice there is barely any meat I keep digging and mixing and still BARLEY any meat feels like I just got a bowl of just rice and veggies. I tried calling to speak with a manager but got sent to a third party customer service line.

I ordered my food as takeout, paid $23 for a bowl. Whatever received was nothing like what I would have gotten if I went and ordered inside. I had ordered split beef and pork, and when I open the bowl it was not even 3/4 of the way full. There were these big huge clumps of rice and majority of the bowl is rice with just a little bit of the sauce and a very minute amount of meat and beans. The dish is very dry and I am eating mostly rice. There was such a small amount of lettuce across the top, this is definitely not worth the $23 delivery or even $16 inside the store. I will never order this as takeout again. And I’ll be making sure the next time I go in that they fill the bowl properly! Very disappointed.

I just left about 30 minutes ago, I purchased a burrito bowl with chicken. The chicken was so good, tender, and flavorful.The staff that they have working this afternoon is top-tier. They were so friendly. The atmosphere was so nice and the restaurant was very clean. The ingredients were very fresh. I really enjoyed my lunch.

This place always doesn’t skimp out on the portions and their portions are just so massive that I think there’s someone there getting cracked every night because every time I go there even if it’s a online order, they fill my bowl to the tippy top even till the top of the lid and The food is insanely fresh like I’ve been to other chipotles and the food didn’t taste as good as this one like this place always has their food to taste good and they never skimp out on the portions like bro like if you want a good fresh meal with good portions go to the chipotle

Drive 35 minutes for a rare trip to chipotle, wish there was one closer to us. Anyways. Staff was very friendly. The server entertained my 7yr old the entire line. Food was fresh and tasted good. Good all around experience

Another good experience. They took such good care of our 8 year old again. Food was fresh and service was great. I tried the smoked brisket and was highly satisfied. We got large portions as well. There was a mad rush after us and the employees took care of everyone efficiently and kept the fresh food coming out.

Another friendly experience with good fresh food. Only complaint is restaurant was set to about 100 degrees and made it unbearable to enjoy our food eating in. They were again good with our 8 year old who is super picky eater.

Ordered a rice bowl and chose chicken because everything else looked dried out.
I took it home which is 5 min away. It was barely warm. I was so disappointed.

Normally I think of a Chipotle as a little higher end, good clean place to eat. Not this location. Food was alright, kind of cold. What throws me off is the lack of cleanliness. Soda machine a mess, all lemonade and tea empty, no silverware or napkins and no lids. Tables and counters had food and grease all over. Floors not swept. Trash full and overflowing. The hygiene of this place is worse than and Indian food cart in New Delhi. I didn’t get ill from the food, but it’s only a matter of time at this establishment.

A little surprised how dirty it was. All tables were dirty, the floor and the counter were dirty. The food pans were empty. We told them we have never been there before. The bowls were expensive! Charging extra for avocado and cheese is ridiculous. We paid $30.00 for 2 bowls. They weren’t bad but wouldn’t go back to pay that much money.
