When we got in there was a Spanish speaking couple with kids in front of us. So a couple spending money for a family of 4. There was a little language barrier and the lady at the counter got a bad attitude towards the couple. I LA it’s a good idea for business owner to learn a few words in Spanish if a big portion of your income comes from Spanish speakers. One word made her frustrated, “Sign the receipt” she snapped out and they didn’t understand so I simply said, “firma” and they instantly understood and signed their debit card receipt.
On to the food, the orange chicken is super breaded but the flavor was good. The broccoli beef, the beef is poor quality. Thick and chewy and a bit too salty. The teriyaki was char siu and also really salty. Then I got the “chicken wings” oh let me tell you I got 1 wing that was stale looked like a day old wing and something else that I couldn’t figure out. It was not a wing! I don’t even know what part of the chicken or if it even was chicken!
Unfortunately for us it was a bad experience all around.

Tried the viral Orange Chicken Fries at this location. Very disappointed. Overwhelmingly sweet, little fries, and chicken tasted pretty hard. They charged me $5 more than the Montclair location. I won’t be back. Sorry.

This place has some very consistent food. Its a very trendy place to eat. They have events and contest sometimes. It has a good following and the line is sometimes out the door. The food is really and I recommend this place for a good lunch date. Especially on work lunch but be careful because you might want to go to sleep after. The managers and owners are super nice and remember your name if you are a regular. Love this place.Nice set up in the inside and you can buy shirts and hats also. Yum yum

The portions are BIG, so if needed ask easy on chow mein. The bbq pork is ridiculously tender fresh and tasty. The broccoli beef was good, the texture between the cooked and overcooked broccoli was surprisingly pleasant…but the beef portions were scarce. Overall a 8.5 outta 10.

Terrible experience today at 4:35 PM. I came to pick up my order, but one of the ladies working there had a very rude and impolite attitude. The biggest issue was that she was completely ignoring ready pickup orders.
Instead of preparing the food for customers who were already waiting (like me), she was solely focused on taking new orders from customers who had just walked in. This is incredibly inefficient and poor management.
I had to wait much longer than necessary because the staff doesn’t understand priorities. There is no excuse for making a paying customer wait while you ignore their completed order to take new ones. The combination of the bad attitude and the complete lack of organization made for a very frustrating visit. I do not recommend.

It was a very disappointed visit. This was my second time in this place, my first time was amazing this time was not. I wanted to show, my boyfriend this place, but, I embarrassed to brought him here. Staff was so rude . The girl that serve the food just rush us, to order. We sit to eat the food there but I feel intimidated instead of enjoying the food. I definitely will not comeback.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about going to have lunch here but I went in there and for the price they give you so much food, it’s unbelievable and it was pretty darn good. The container was filled and piled so high that it didn’t even shut, and that was just a two entree meal. There are seats outside which had food on them. So maybe just clean up on the outdoor seating would be nice.
