To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My husband and I ordered on the mobile app on the way home from an event and the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes from the time we ordered. We got there a little early, so we proceeded to wait in the parking lot. The light in the lobby was off, but we could see people (at least 4 employees) working in the back and the open sign was on. We watched numerous cars pull up, people get out and walk to the door, but the door was locked. We got a notification that our pizza was ready (5 minutes later than the estimated time, which isn’t an issue, it was only 5 minutes) and the app said they couldnt place our order in their pizza portal so we needed to see the cashier. We went to the drive through and there were 4 other cars in front of us and we had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes to get our pizza. Getting home, one of our pizzas was undercooked (see photo, the crust isn’t done, it’s still dough-y). To make matters worse, it was at 8pm on a Tuesday night. I would hate to see how they are during rush. We won’t be back.

Haven’t been all to pleased with this location. Every time I go in to grab a quick pizza the service is rushed and not friendly. I know this is just a hot N ready, but this is definitely not what I expected. I will still continue to support this local business.

After ordering 50 dollars worth the pizza, I get it home and I ended up with ham instead of bacon, my stuffed cheese bread only had 2 bread sticks per bag. When calling the store and letting the so called manager know I was over 20 minutes away and wouldn’t be back in tonight, he hung up on me….upon calling back he again didn’t seem to care and hung up.
I work hard for my money as do many others. I had had wonderful experience here before, but tonight the entire team was off their A-game!!
It will be a while before we come back after spending that much money for pizza.

The pizza is here is always delicious however this is the third time that I have ordered online and the employees were unaware. Either the system needs to be updated to make sure that all online orders come through or the employees need to be trained better to catch the online orders. I ordered my pizza at 5 p.m. to be ready by 5:30 and I did not walk out of the store until 5:45 after needing to tell someone that I had ordered online

Good pizza. Staff is friendly but seem overwhelmed. Always a long wait when you go in to pickup or make an order on site. Because its good pizza so the volume of customers is reasonable. Downside is that the Pick up app never goes through. Which doesn’t allow for advanced orders. Call in orders are lacking in answered calls. Also wish staff wore hair nets. That would be pleasant.

I’ve been a Little Caesar’s customer since I could eat solid food, but as an adult, my experiences have been inconsistent to say the least. This location is no different, but the people are almost always pretty good. On this particular visit, there were many customers there but it was very quick and smooth. My special order was done right and the person who helped me (Aaliyah) was really good as well. I firmly believe that you can train everything but attitude, and this young woman had a great attitude and was very easy to interact with. Thanks Little Caesar’s.

This really has to be the worst location with the worst employees, not just Little Caesar’s, but of any pizza place. Ever. Always slow. Beyond slow. But today was worse than usual. 2 thin crust pizzas ordered in store at 4:00pm. Was told about 10 minutes. 4:13, was told about 6 more minutes. Was told “systems are behind”…yeah….maybe you just forgot to make them? Finally, at 4:35, pizzas are ready. Ridiculous.

Last week I called in an order for 3 pizzas and the girl couldn’t remember my name and I had to keep repeating my order. When I got there to pick up and pay, she hadn’t told me that credit cards were down and they were accepting cash only. Left and called the manager. He said cards had been down for 2 days and offered to give me the pizzas for free. Nice gesture but I declined and told him I would come back and try another time.
My son tried to place an order today online. Fiasco. I called to make sure he wasn’t charged incorrectly and spoke to another “manager” Ray. Ray assured me that he wouldn’t be double charged and took our order over the phone. Made a big to do about writing my order down and said it would be ready in less than 15 minutes. My son gets there in 20 mins and has to wait another 20 because Ray “forgot” to write down the order. Seriously? The food was fine but the service is ridiculous. Short staffed and most of those that are there don’t care and are incompetent.
