Can you order it online and had a good service upon pickup. Food looked and smelled amazing wish I took pictures. I really wanted to try the brussel sprouts but they were out as well as the Mac and cheese which was kind of disappointing. But the sweet potato was amazing and the broccoli could have been cooked a little longer.

We were there 12-10-25 celebrating our moms 91st birthday and she became ill and had to be taken by ambulance to hospital, so much for the celebration
What we didn’t know was that the staff were so helpful and kind! Especially our waitress! While everything was going on the waitress still managed to get all our food together and to go trays and helped in many ways, we will always be grateful for it all!
Today we went back didn’t have the same waitress but when she saw us she was very happy to see us and that mom was well.
After we ate our waiter and our wonderful waitress brought a birthday ice cream treat to celebrate her birthday that couldn’t happen before. The manager even came out and was glad we were back!
What a truly wonderful caring staff of people, we will always be grateful to you all! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS!

This is the THIRD time this location has undercooked or given me a bad pork chop. It’s extremely upsetting and disappointing. Usually I make them aware of the mistake and to be honest they are usually extremely apologetic and work hard to resolve the issue ! But considering the consistency of this mistake , I can’t even find myself eating at this specific location again. Immediate stomach ache !

I was in town to visit family over the weekend. We stayed close to the airport, so upon arriving to the room I spotted the Longhorn Steakhouse close by. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by smiling faces, and was taken to the booth. Our server Lorrie was friendly and attentive throughout the entire time we were, and made sure we were well taken care of. Not only was the food and service great, Trey, the manager on duty also took the time to come over and make sure everything was going well. This was a great experience for my family and I, and just want to say thank you to the staff here at this Longhorn. I highly recommend this location for a great time, great food, and great service!

Stopped in here for lunch. When we got to our seat, we are one of the first ones and for lunch service was speedy and accommodating. The steak I got had a little more fat on it and I would like, but it was the type of steak I ordered. The seasoning and cook on it were great, though I was a little disappointed with the size of the sweet potato, but it was lunchtime and i know portions are usually smaller. I wish they had a bigger selection for side items as I always get fried okra at all the steakhouses I go to, but this one wasn’t a choice.

Came here a few weeks ago only because we had a giftcard to use. Our waitress never brought out any bread before our meal arrived. We weren’t sure we were supposed to receive any until we looked around at every other newly seated group who was being brought out bread.

Went here for a quick steak before leaving KC and it was one of the best steaks I’ve had (and I’m a steak enthusiast).
Ordered the meal with the restaurant’s name, a decent sized 22oz steak, and was not disappointed!
They had just opened and the food came fast, service was fine and I noticed they were celebrating a colleague for some accomplishement which shows they have a good team and that’s nice to see! Would recommend the place!

I hadn’t visited this Longhorn steakhouse in about 2 months. So, when I waitress approached me, I told her I want everything I order HOT, last visit everything was luke warm. My bread was warm. Salad was cold to a crisp. French onion soup was hot and made correctly this visit. My chop steak was ordered med well, it was burnt on the outside and RED on the inside. My mashed potatoes were warm, not hot enough to melt the butter! The waitress notified the mgr when my order was placed advising of my last experience. The same mgr approach my table and I showed him my chop steak and said, does that look med well? And look how burnt it is. I told him his chef sucks at cooking. I will never return to this location! Someone from corporate needs to send in a trainer, the chef has no clue on how to cook chop steak. I see another complaint about their burnt chop steak. The mgr did reduce my bill, I wasn’t expecting that, but I’m going back to Texas Roadhouse and will visit your Liberty location if I’m in the mood for chop steak.
