Labor Day my husband and I went into this McDonald’s, we ordered our food, I watched the employee pour me a small smoothie when I ordered a large, he poured the small into the large cup. Gave it to me. I said I order a large I expect it to be filled up all the way.. the manger filled it up, said have a nice day. My chicken nuggets were old and burnt. Our fries were cold, my husbands chicken sandwich was burnt. Im not impressed by their services. We got our food in less than 5 minutes. I am okay with waiting if that means my food is fresh and hot. McDonald’s generally is not good food, but dam I have had better service during rush hour. Very disappointed. Btw they were not busy. Lobby was empty and 2 cars in the drive through..

The staff was very nice and my order was correct but that store is a hot mess. They were out of napkins so you had to go up to the counter to get a paper towel. My food took a really long time and while I was waiting some of the staff started fighting a bit. They were busy, but we probably won’t be headed back that way again.

It is McDonald’s. Most things taste the same to me here. The ice cream is also a bit too sugary to me. I do like the fries if they are hot. Unless there is not another option I normally do not go here. Now their breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are pretty good.

Every single time I go there (which is twice a month) they screw something up. Once gave me salsa for chicken nuggets. Tonight they forgot the ranch for my kids Happy meal. Literally every time…..they forget something. I think one time in the last year they’ve actually gotten the order completely right.

Dollar menu is good. But do they still offer it. I’ve read some reviews that rate their burgers as better than Burger King and Wendy’s but I’ve not tried them myself. If I have some coupons I I’ll give them a try.

Rude employees who make you feel bad for coming, especially if you dare to show up 30-40 minutes before closing time then they really take it up a notch on poor customer service at least that was my experience tonight with the girl that took our order. Something always gets messed up, they’re always out of something, wait time is long, food is rarely fresh. I’ll drive to a McDonald’s in Oshkosh before I go here.

This place has the worst service! Went there last night and the employees were sweating and screaming in the back because they couldn’t handle the 3 cars in the drive thru. It took 5 mins for them to take my order, should have left then. Then it took 25 minutes to get the food. I would have left but she took my money already. Oh yeah, and the girl was wearing a Busch light t-shirt. Very rude and should not be working in fast food if you can’t handle it!

Staff was friendly and my meal came quick. However after the fact I noticed my bacon egg and cheese bagel with hashbrown was rung up separately instead of as a meal. Not a big deal but I would hope this isn’t something that happens regularly.

They did not have ice for the drinks. They forgot to make a happy meal. Both happy meals we received were missing items and we waited 17 minutes for food. When we received our food it was not fresh. Just about the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant of any type.
